The Suites and Apartments are located in a separate area from the main building, surrounded by the greenery of our private park.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay for the apartments, while for the rooms it is daily.

Air conditioning is available from approx. Mid-June to Mid-September at Management's discretion.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10€ per pet per day applies.

Pros:

Har været der flere gange. Fine værelser, denne gang med velfungerende køkken. Dejlig restaurant, god morgenmad, super parkering med lademulighed.

Cons:

Aircon larmer så meget, at vi ind imellem foretrak at fryse, fremfor at sætte varmen på!!

Allerlaatste keer Germano suites.
Pros:

De suites zijn mooi en groot. En worden dagelijks schoon gemaakt. De ligging in een park omgeving aan de rand van Bardolino is mooi. Het ontbijt is goed. De openstelling van de stoombaden vanaf oktober is fijn.

Cons:

De matrassen zijn waardeloos. We werden elke dag met rugpijn, enz. wakker.

Op de terrasjes voor de suites wordt je als de zon schijnt continu door vliegjes lastig gevallen. Vliegenstrips helpen helemaal niet.

Het binnenzwembad is eigenlijk wel wat klein voor de afmeting van het complex. Zodra er kinderen zijn (schoolvakanties) is het lastig om baantjes te zwemmen.

We zijn al ca. 11 jaren gast in dit hotel. Maar zijn dit jaar 4 dagen eerder vertrokken (omgeboekt naar ander hotel) I.v.m. de slechte bedden.

Het onderhoud kan beter. Er zijn best wel wat losse tegels buiten bij het zwembad. En de service is in de loop van de jaren minder geworden. Vooral het ontbijt is langzaam wat minder uitgebreid geworden als dat het 10 jaren geleden was.

Vi tilkøbte morgenmad et par gange. Det var rigtig fint. En rigtig fin beliggenhed tæt på centrum. Gode parkeringsmuligheder og mulighed for at lade bil. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale.

Cons:

Man kune godt fornemme, at det var sidst på sæsonnen, idet udenomsrådet ved poolen bar lidt præg af at der var ænder der havde indtaget området.
