The Suites and Apartments are located in a separate area from the main building, surrounded by the greenery of our private park.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay for the apartments, while for the rooms it is daily.

Air conditioning is available from approx. Mid-June to Mid-September at Management's discretion.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10€ per pet per day applies.

Please note that the SPA zone including relaxation area with waterbeds, Mediterranean bath, Turkish bath, sauna, experience showers and detox herbal tea area will be at a charge for from mid-May to mid-September, but will be included in the rate at other times. Overpriced, poor value and rude staff. Also, terrible food.
Pros:

The pool was nice. The room we stayed in was ok, the sheets could have been more comfortable and the landscaping around the patio could have been better as well.

Cons:

I found the staff to be rude aside from one or two employees who were lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with children.

The service was excellent throughout our stay. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but what impressed us was the way the staff handled it. They were extremely responsive, took the problem seriously, and showed real determination to resolve it immediately while offering us practical solutions. This level of customer service made a very positive impression on us.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. The rooms are exceptionally large, spacious, and comfortable, which makes a huge difference when travelling as a family.

For families with children, this hotel is particularly enjoyable. There is plenty of space for the kids to move around, enjoy themselves, and of course spend time at the swimming pools. The spacious surroundings create a relaxing atmosphere for both children and parents.

Despite the temporary air-conditioning issue, our overall experience was very positive thanks to the excellent service, spacious accommodation, great breakfast, and family-friendly environment.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay in the Lake Garda area, and definitely a hotel worth returning to! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
