Pros:

Det var vores 5 gang på hotellet men desværre nok også den sidste . Der er simpelthen for mange hunde på hotellet som ejerne ikke har styr på . Ved voksen poolen ( Relax pool ) skal man høre på hunde som gør hele tiden . Ved morgenmaden er der hunde som ejerne heller ikke kan styre der ( forstår ikke man skal have sin hund med til morgenmad , den skulle gerne kunne være alene imens man spiser den ) . Hotel personalet ved godt det er et problem men kan ikke gøre noget da det skal komme fra ledelsen

Das Apartment war okay. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet und der Preis für das Ambiente zu hoch angesetzt. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage in Ordnung. Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist eher mager und nicht sonderlich gut.

Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back.

Pros:

The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the "suites" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. It was my sons 9 birthday when we were at the hotel, and I couldn't even get the waiters tp sing him Happy Birthday. I would not go back.

Beautiful apartment, loved the rooftop bar, breakfast was great, staff are super friendly and helpful. The additional adults pool is a big win. Would thoroughly recommend.

Pros:

Trevligt hotell med bra komfort. Vårt rum låg med en AC anläggning utanför som drog ned det hela lite. Flera lampor i rummen fungerade inte. Sängen lite hård men annars hade rummet det man behöver.
Bra wifi signal i hela hotellet. Bra utbud på frukost.
Gångavstånd till strand o restauranger.

Large unpersonal hotel
Pros:

Save your money and book another hotel, not worth it. Room was ok but that’s all, no extra hotel luxury, no shampoo or conditioner, just a random cheap soap. The bed was stone hard, had to ask twice to get an extra pillow because they were also like 5 cm thick.
Breakfast, many options but didn’t taste anything, just mass produced. Areas of the hotel looked like somebody forgot about the hotel for like 10 years, dried leaves everywhere and dirty, no gardener in sight. The adults only pool isn’t any cosy at all, just some beds and a small shed as a ‘bar’. We saw the pool guy once during our stay, took some leaves away from the pool with a cigarette hanging from his mouth.
You can walk to town from the hotel but otherwise the area is quite empty.
Plus for parking space, bathrobes and a good pasta for lunch, but that alone is not worth the price. Would never book again and don’t understa All the good reviews at all.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Anlage. Der Zimmerwunsch wurde auch umgesetzt. Sind auf jeden Fall nicht dass letzte Mal auf der Anlage.

Pros:

Es sind schöne Zimmer, viel Platz, geräumig. 2 Fernseher, Minibar, Terrassenmöbel, im Badezimmer, alles da! Auch wenn vieles schon paar Jahre steht, ist es gut erhalten und funktioniert. Wir hatten bei nichts das Gefühl, dass es kaputt geht, sobald man es in die Hand nimmt. Alles gut!
Hauptgebäude mit Innenpool, Restaurant (auch für das Frühstück) , Terrasse sehen super aus. Frühstück war viel geboten. Schade das manche Spender für Marmeladen tagelang nicht aufgefüllt wurden. Es gab aber Portionsbecher mit Marmelade als Ersatz. Schade das hier nicht einfach mal wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Rezeption ist immer besetzt und sehr bemüht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben!

Pros:

Ruime woonkamer, grote slaapkamer, badkamer met aparte douche en ligbad.
Door medewerker werden wij en bagage naar onze suite gebracht. Dit en het voorgaande maakte het verblijf onvergetelijk.
