The Suites and Apartments are located in a separate area from the main building, surrounded by the greenery of our private park.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay for the apartments, while for the rooms it is daily.

Air conditioning is available from approx. Mid-June to Mid-September at Management's discretion.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10€ per pet per day applies.

Zentrale Lage, Blick auf den See.

Cons:

Sauberkeit! Hier hätte mehr passieren müssen.
Lichtschalter und Türstöcke haben schon länger keinen Lappen mehr gesehen.
Frühstück: Spiegeleier waren Convenience und wie Gummi, Joghurt aus dem Becher, keine Untertassen.
Duschen am Pool waren verkalkt.

Top Lage, sehr weitläufig Anlage, alle Zimmer mit Terrasse

Cons:

Es waren sehr viele Hundebesitzer da, dadurch war es zum Teil hektisch beim frühstücken.
Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht individuell eingestellt werden

Pros:

Die ganze ist wunderschön und auch gepflegt.
Das Frühstück Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und die Auswahl groß.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt.
Der hintere Pool ist unser persönliches Highlight. Die Ruhe und die einzigartige Aussicht ist schon was besonderes.

Cons:

Das die Ersatzbettdecke im Schrank verschmutzt war. (Blutflecken)
Sollte vielleicht öfters kontrolliert werden.
Defekte Sonnenliege auf der Terrasse.

Nur wenige Gehminuten von Bardolino Zentrum entfernt. Zimmer/Suite war wirklich schön und groß, Frühstück auf der Terrasse - einfach top! Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Durch die offensichtliche Trennung von Hotel und Gastro, welche jetzt von einer Eventagentur betrieben wird, war am Donnerstag und am Freitag Abend eine private Veranstaltung im Hotel. Dadurch war an Schlaf bis fast 2 Uhr früh aufgrund des Lärms nicht zu denken. Wirklich schade!

Amazing!

We were so impressed by everything!
It was our first time staying in Lake Garda and this was the perfect base for us. From the start of our booking, the staff were very friendly and responsive to our messages and questions.
They helped us to book a transfer from the hotel which went very smoothly and made things much simpler travelling with children.
We stayed in a suite, which was stunning, perfectly clean and with very cool air con which was very appreciated! The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was comfy too, lots of space for the four of us, and a well equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook much we mostly enjoyed the restaurant food!)
The food, breakfast and service from all of the staff was excellent. The view from the restaurant was beautiful, and the local wines available were the perfect combination. The service we received at every opportunity was faultless, everywhere we went our family was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service . The waiters were great with our kids and made them feel so welcome. The pool was definitely the highlight for our kids, the shallower side separated off safely, and a deeper side, which was perfect for us. Plenty of pool chairs and we never felt cramped. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We would absolutely recommend it to everyone and would love to visit again.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Einmal hat es geregnet und wir mussten die Anlage nicht verlassen, da alles in der Anlage vorhanden ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bis zum Ortszentrum sind es nur 20 min. per Fuß. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot. Kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Das Appartement war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles bestens.
