Mit Pool geworben, nur gegen Aufpreis ein kleiner vorhanden.

Abbiamo dormito nella struttura Lake (quindi non sul mare ma sul lago). Ristrutturazione recente con piscina, campo da beach volley e due campi da padel. Personale molto gentile, molto carina la veranda per la colazione. Le nostre camere erano molto pulite e recenti ma un po' piccole.

Great location right on the beach. AC was great. All the employees were great. The biggest issue for us was the food. It was not great. We ordered dinner one night and my pasta was so salty, it felt gritty. My husband did not like his risotto at all. We paid almost 30 euros per plate. We ended up going to town for dinner every night. The breakfast was just ok. They had one toaster for bread that did not work well, so there was always a line.
Great room and beach facilities
Poor staff. Late check in, room not ready & refused to hold luggage. Broken lift. Extra cost for pool, gym, sunbed. Gym not open. Tired bathroom & poor cleaning. Reception not maned to voice concerns. Please contact if you would like details. This is a hotel that we have visited & loved for many years. Unfortunately a really poor experience this year.

Oasi is a terrific spot right on the beach. It is rare that one can find a good hotel with great food and atmosphere and where you exit and you are right on the beach with a only a couple of rows of umbrellas and a calm, clean sea to swim in. The only drawback is the AC that does not seem to work well in all the hotel rooms and the normal wear and tear of the hotel that should be fixed in certain parts. Nonetheless we had a terrific week at Oasi and we will certainly recommend it and come back.
We would rate this 4.8. It was a wonderful location. The beach is gorgeous, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We did get a Sea view, but really because it was in the high 90s we had to keep our shutters closed because of the heat. The air conditioning worked OK but with the high temperatures, it was just a lot for it to handle. You could go out on the balcony to enjoy the sea view if you wanted to. We would definitely come back!
Super confusing check in, no proper clear instructions, we were sent from one building to another and almost sent back to the initial. Same with check out - if you position yourself as a luxury 4* why do you save on a receptionist ? I wouldn’t call this hotel child friendly- one of the reasons I booked it was the pool which looked toddler friendly but then I discovered that it’s from 14y.o+. And I haven’t seen this information on Expedia page, where I booked the hotel. And you need to pay extra for it. Haven’t seen a single person by the pool.
Another problem is the AC that was turning on on its own all the time and it was super cold on the warmest setting.
The hotel is nice and modern, but people working there seemed more annoyed than happy to assist and we didn’t need assistance so idk what’s their problem. Overall would not recommend this place for a family, but probably could be fine for couples.

I was very happy with my room and the dining options, and the front desk was very helpful when I had to check out a day early, arranging transport and helping me to get a refund, as I had to change my plans.
Ottima struttura, pulizia ottima.
