Gran hotel, instalaciones y ubicación. Excelente servicio de shuttle y recepcionistas.

Cons:

El clasismo y prepotencia de algunos miembros del restaurante y el staff. Pagamos más de 1000€ noche y a pesar de ser educados con ellos a veces nos trataban con arrogancia y formas poco apropiadas para un hotel de esta categoría. Nos llevamos a sentir incómodos por no vestir en traje dentro del hotel

Gorgeous surroundings, very friendly staff and a phenomenal spa/wellness area.

The spa facilities were incredible. I especially liked the women's only sauna area!

Cons:

No complaints really. The rooms are perhaps a little dated but the spa area more than made up for it.
