Pros:

Voto molto alto per la posizione, davvero eccellente: centrale e con tutto a portata di mano. Per visitare Valencia è sicuramente un punto di forza importante.

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione principalmente per la disponibilità della cucina, ma nel complesso credo che un hotel ci avrebbe garantito un soggiorno più confortevole, più pulito e con servizi migliori.

Cons:

non lo consiglio a chi viaggia con bambini piccoli o con passeggini. È vero che è presente l’ascensore, ma prima di raggiungerlo bisogna affrontare circa 10 gradini. Questo significa dover sollevare il passeggino ogni volta che si entra o si esce dall’edificio, con notevole disagio.

L’appartamento è funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario, soprattutto per chi desidera cucinare durante il soggiorno. Tuttavia, l’ho trovato molto datato e poco pulito, con una notevole presenza di polvere. Non lo ritengo adatto a persone allergiche alla polvere o agli acari.

Als je de ramen openzet 's avonds hoor je veel lawaai van mensen die tot laat terrasjes doen. Oordopjes meenemen lost dat wel op.

Pros:

Great location and helpful staff. There were some cofre capsules and tea available. We could leave our luggage before checking and after check-out. In general we enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

The sheets for the additional bed/couch seemed to be dirty, there was little toilet paper provided.

Pros:

Lokacija ja najbolja u starom delu Valencie. Objekat je čist a kuhinja veoma dobro opremljena.

Cons:

Nameštaj je star i nije udoban. Mislim na dvosed u dnevnom boravku. Za 7 noćenja ni jednom nisu zamenjeni peškiri.
