Not a 4 star experience

This was a hotel we really wanted to stay at because the photos and reviews looked very promising. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
The level of dirt in the bathroom was hard to comprehend, especially for a 4-star hotel. We even had to ask for cobwebs to be removed. I would strongly recommend hiring professional cleaners.
Additionally, for a 4-star hotel, the kettle was outdated and had to be moved somewhere just to plug it in. The coffee provided was only 3-in-1 instant coffee — I didn’t even think those still existed 😀
If you value cleanliness and quality, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

A cozy and memorable birthday getaway
Pros:

Excellent location and exceptionally friendly staff. I mentioned in advance that we would be celebrating my wife’s birthday (1st May), and the team went above and beyond to make it special with a candle‑lit cake served at breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised to find sparkling tea and Coke prepared in our room upon our return. The place has a cozy, stylish design and a very welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Cons:

Room lighting relied mainly on table lamps, and sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor could be improved. Breakfast coffee appeared high quality (Lavazza branding and freshly ground), but the taste was not quite as expected.

Jeśli mogłabym cokolwiek doradzić, fajnie byłoby gdzieś dodać krótką historię tego budynku.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i wyjątkowy butikowy charakter związany z literaturą, co chyba nawiązuje do pobliskiej uliczki literackiej. Lokalizacja naprzeciwko muzeum Adama Mickiewicza, można sobie wyobrazić jak mieszkało się w XIX w. W tych wnętrzach. Troszke brakuje nawiązania do tego faktu, choć rozumiem wrażliwość tematu. Śniadanie było również bardzo dobre. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Sporo ważnych udogodnień - jest parking w cenie 20€ za dobę, winda dostępna dla gości. W pokoju - mimo że był na parterze i okna wychodziły na ulice - było naprawdę cicho.

Cons:

Może wyposażenie w niektórych miejscach już nieco podniszczone, ale generalnie czysto i wygodnie.

Pros:

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, csendes épületben kissé retro hangulatú, de kiváló szállás. A szobák nevei és azok berendezése nagyon ötletes. A reggeli bőséges és elégséges. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

Cons:

A szobák közötti hangszigetelés nem tökéletes, de nem zavaró ha nem hangos a szomszéd. 😀
