- Dobra lokacija
- osoblje hotela mi je izašlo u susret i mogao sam ući u sobu 3 sata prije nego što bi trebao
- ugodni kreveti

Cons:

- u sobi je bilo malo hladno. Radijator je jedva radio

Отличное соотношение цена/качество, отель находится в пешей доступности от старого города, железнодорожного и автовокзалов. В номере было тихо и комфортно. Единственное в конце марта было немного прохладно в номере и это может быть небольшой проблемой для теплолюбивых людей, но для тех кто любит спать в легкой прохладе это наоборот может быть плюсом.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!

Cons:

The entry system for the building door was erratic. Sometimes it worked mostly not.
The bathroom had no running water in the hand basin.
The television didn't work.

The wi-fi instructions for my room were to log onto a Bistro nearby which didn't show on my wi-fi search list.

After three requests the contact person claimed to have sent wi-fi instructions to my personal phone number which were never received.

This person was rude to the point of being menacing. I felt unsafe and unsure if I would be able to re-enter the building if I left again.

For the first time in my life I abandoned the booking and left.

I reported this to booking.com who viewed the communication log contacted the hotel and obtained an immediate full refund.
I can not strongly enough urge others to AVOID this establishment
