Terrible hotel

I stayed in a suite. It’s in a state of disrepair. Cupboard doors that don’t close properly, wallpaper that’s peeling away, cracks in the bathroom.

There is NOTHING on offer in the room. Not even a bottle of water. A four star hotel that doesn’t even offer you water!

The views are not what they promise to be. There are old dusty curtains. Patio doors which don’t remain open.

The terrace is filthy. It hasn’t been cleaned for a long time with encrusted bird poo all over it.

I booked on the hotel’s own website and the customer service was rude and awkward.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Don’t waste your money.

As previously communicated, there were very few facilities available; no outside sitting area, no dining (only breakfast and too expensive), no coffee or bar throughout the day or evening. AC turned off at night.
None of these, and still rated a 4 star hotel!

Todo perfecto

Poca flexibilidad. Deberían pensar en reformar las habitaciones, tanto mobiliario como los baños. Se ha quedado en tres estrellas. Elige SIEMPRE habitación con vistas al mar, sino, no merece la pena.

En un entorno muy bonito volveremos seguro

Hotel con unas vistas al mar preciosas. Habitación funcional. El hotel no dispone de muchos servicios gimnasio, piscina, acceso directo a la playa..pero su situación y la población de Santa Cruz hace q no necesites mas.

Súper bien y un lindo paisaje de la isla y de la playa, que pena que estaba de trabajo

Nice hotel for a rustic getaway. Situated right above a sandy beach cove and next to an old fort. Vice nice ocean view in the morning. Too bad it started to rain and we didn't have a chance to explore the old fort. We only stayed one night and dined out. Free gated parking was nice and convenient. The hotel is basic and good value for the money.

English sprechende Rezeption, Reinigungsservice schnell und gut.Beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei angefangen bei frischen obst und regionalen speisen.
Parkmöglichkeit direkt an Hotel, Internet funktioniert auch.
Ich war schon öffters hier und bin immer gern dort.Es ist ein ruhiges kleines Dörfchen am Rande von A Coruna

Better than expected. Modern building. My room on the third floor ( recommended ) with a terrace overlooking the La Coruna bay was large, clean and with all the equipment's in good state. Free parking with plenty of space for the guests. The personal was very friendly and eager to help if asked. We opted for the dinner in the hotel on the evenings we stayed in the hotel and didn't regret. The breakfast is ok but not on the level of a 4* hotel. Same every morning and not with plenty of choices.
