Très beau séjour avec quelques points à améliorer!
Pros:

Un séjour globalement très agréable dans un lieu absolument magnifique. L’établissement est tout simplement magique, avec un cadre exceptionnel qui invite à la déconnexion. Le personnel mérite une mention toute particulière : attentif, professionnel et toujours souriant, il a largement contribué à la qualité de notre expérience.

Cons:

Je reste toutefois légèrement sur ma faim concernant certains standards attendus pour un palace 5 étoiles. Les infrastructures bien-être pourraient être plus abouties : le spa est correct mais manque de prestations (absence de sauna et de jacuzzi), et la piscine ne m’a pas particulièrement marqué.

Autre point perfectible : le minibar dans la chambre, qui ne correspond pas au niveau attendu. Enfin, le petit déjeuner, bien que qualitatif, gagnerait à proposer davantage de variété. Après plusieurs jours sur place, le manque de renouvellement se fait ressentir.

Cela reste malgré tout une très belle expérience dans un cadre exceptionnel, avec un service irréprochable. Quelques ajustements permettraient de hisser l’ensemble au niveau d’excellence que l’on attend d’un établissement de ce standing.

Amazing view and helpful staff
Pros:

My company hosted a two-day retreat in March 2026. The space was absolutly beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful in making our retreat a success. Would highly recommend.
