Lieu chargé d histoire, bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Lieu apaisant.
Personnel inexpérimenté. Aucun accueil à notre arrivée. Le voiturier était seul et semblait un peu débordé. Nous avons pu récupérer nos clefs nous même au comptoir. (Aucune clefs n était rangée. Nous aurions pu repartir avec un autre véhicule !
A l accueil, peu d explication sur l hôtel, nos chambres et les services disponibles.

Le personnel d'accueil n'est pas au courant de la circulation de bateaux sur le lac.

Petit bémol pas de volet aux fenêtres et le rideau ne couvre pas assez la fenêtre sinon rien à dire.

They help with anything you need, and make the whole stay feel relaxed and personal, not stiff or formal. It’s the kind of place where you get both: a postcard scenery location _and_ people who make you feel taken care of. Perfect for a getaway where you want to unwind, enjoy the view, and be treated well.
