Super bien accueilli, le personnel au top, la chambre aussi, le palace est très propre et entretenue !
L’espace piscine est super bien avec une belle vue !

Die Aussicht und die Lage des Hotels sind einfach phänomenal. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Service rund um das Gepäck und das Auto – alles lief reibungslos und sehr professionell.

Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Aladin: Er ist eine wunderbare Person, äußerst hilfsbereit und hat uns mit seinen wertvollen Tipps den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Sein Engagement und seine Freundlichkeit haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.

L'emplacement, l'allure de l'hôtel, très beau bâtiment, personnel attentionné.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine à peine assez chaude, quelques petites choses dans la chambre qui n'étaient pas à la hauteur du 5 étoiles (prise électrique à côté du lit qui se démonte, des bagues de spot manquants au plafond, fenêtres qui laissent passer l'air et qu'il étaient à changer)

Pros:

Room was very nice!
We travel all the time and for us the breakfast was not a 5* experience .
No service at the table (coffee, eggs,...) only self service at the buffet

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent position on the lake. Friendly staff although it felt understaffed, which impacted service levels. Breakfast was fairly basic for this level of hotel. Great spa, great views, excellent property.
