A estadia foi boa e o hotel é muito próximo aos pontos turísticos

Em contacto telefónico a solicitar informação sobre possibilidade de cancelar reserva por motivo imprevisto, fui informado de que o pedido teria que ser feito via Booking. Feito o pedido no Booking, este foi liminarmente recusado pelo Hotel. O Hotel recusou atendimento telefónico por duas vezes, na sequência da ocorrência.
Atendimento pouco profissional.
Em check-in tardio (cerca das 02h00), deparo-me com quarto interior, janela de alçapão e uma temperatura elevada, denotando falta de atenção para com o conforto dos hóspedes.
Instalações antiquadas e com bastante uso.

Uma recepção calorente
Uma boa cama e uma almofada agradável. Lençóis fofos de boa qualidade.
A casa de banho com boas toalhas e sabão.
Boa limpeza.
Pequeno almoço com variedade suficiente !

Cons:

O meu quarto tinha uma banheira, e pessoalmente escorrego facilmente e prefiro uma cabine de duche.
O quarto era mesmo à tabela, mas para uma estadia curta serve perfeitamente, consoante o preço.
