Fomos bem recebidos, a piscina interior é agradável, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis

A limpeza deixa a desejar, copos na casa de banho bastante sujos, teto com algum bolor e com poucos sinais de modernização.

Hotel muito sossegado. Gostei do quarto, grande, limpo. Ainda nos trouxeram o pequeno almoço ao quarto. Gostamos bastante da nossa estadia. E qualidade preço muito boa.

Cons:

Após um grupo grande ter tomado o pequeno almoço, a limpeza das mesas para os restantes hóspedes não foi a melhor e mais eficiente.
Tive que limpar os individuais de milhagas para poder novamente utilizar.

Acolhida no seu todo mas assaltada por alguma de profissionalização na limpeza.
Pros:

Piscina e atenção dos funcionários. Eram todos muito amáveis.

Cons:

A limpeza poderia ser mais focada na higienizacao de hotel de nível superior mais profissional.
A humidade encontrada no quarto também era de melhorar.

O staff e a localização central no Luso

Cons:

O quarto que nos foi atribuído tinha um cheiro intenso a lixívia (talvez devido à limpeza do bolor que ainda era visível nalguns pontos). Pedimos para trocar de quarto e este segundo já estava melhor. O hotel precisa claramente de uma remodelação por já apresentar muitos sinais de desgaste (nas portas, nas instalações sanitárias, a pintura, …). O pequeno almoço é pouco variado, tem fruta enlatada e muitos alimentos embalados. A reposição também não é feita com a periodicidade necessária.
