No me gustó nada, un trato fatal sobre la chica de recepción, en los baños olían mal, colchón muy incómodo y se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle

Hotel bastante céntrico con buen desayuno.
Pros:

El desayuno bastante completo, el servicio del personal tanto de recepción como en los desayunos muy amables y serviciales.
La ubicación del hotel muy céntrico, cerca de la calle Real, donde hay varias tabernas y restaurantes para comer.

Cons:

El aparcamiento en la zona del hotel es bastante difícil, los parking públicos son pequeños y se llenan enseguida, la mayoría de las veces tienes que aparcar a la afueras del centro.
La bañera del baño de la habitación muy resbaladiza, hay que tener mucho cuidado para entrar y salir de ella.
Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas, se oían voces de las habitaciones de al lado a altas horas de la madrugada.

Habitación no propia de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Abres la puerta y ya está la cama frente. El baño súper pequeño solo para 1 persona. Muy estrecho al entrar. No tiene nada de detalles: ni pasta de dientes, ni champú, nada…. El colchón blando y las almohadas muy bajas, tuvimos que pedir otras. El café pésimo.

Buena habitación, la presión de agua de ducha excelente, el personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta.
He dejado mi cadena con colgantes en el baño, de un gran valor sentimental importante para mi, y me la han guardado buen detalle.

We always stay here for the Spring Music Festival - a lovely little hotel.
