Pros:

Breakfast is tailored to each guest. You select your items and time slot from the menu in advance, and it can be delivered to your room on request. On one occasion, I had to leave earlier than the first available breakfast slot, so the staff kindly prepared sandwiches ahead of time for me to take along. A lovely, thoughtful touch.

Pros:

The area is lovely, staff is nice enough and helpful, the room was huge, tidy and clean. Beautiful place, though I don't feel it's necessarily worth the money.

Cons:

Breakfast is in a bag delivered to your room 7:30-8:00: croissant, bircher muesli, a banana or apple and orange juice. I asked for a banana; got an apple, and water in stead of juice. Bircher muesli is an Activia yoghurt. Breakfast is a bit of a joke overall, and I saw that a la carte is about 17EUR, but I wasn't given an option - perhaps it wasn't available.

Anything but ordinary Super Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Location, room, which is more an apartment without kitchen. Simply perfect!
Beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, 5 star hotel amenities,great location,close to the center,a lot of excellent restaurants and caffes around, quiet street, parks around ,beautiful area.
I will say that this place is really 5 star Super Boutique Hotel.

Cons:

No comments about breakfast. Completely out of keeping with the hotel.
There are few places 2 -3 min by walk with excellent choises for breakfast and also lunch and dinner. Fresh, tasty,with impeccable service

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit großartigem Personal, tollem Zimmer und leckerem Frühstück aufs Zimmer.
Pros:

Durch das Upgrade hatten wir ein wundervolles Zimmer, das ruhig und sehr groß war. Das Frühstück ließen wir uns daher jeden Morgen direkt aufs Zimmer bringen. Die Lage war toll, in einer guten Gegend aber etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Was für uns aber total okay war, da wir gerne ein Stück zu Fuß gehen und wir fühlten uns zu jeder Tags- und Nachtzeit sicher.

Bra läge - men dånande ventilationssystem
Pros:

Ett litet hotell på en mysig gata. Gångavstånd till centrala delarna av Sofia. Rummet (”Fairy Tale”) vi hade var rymligt. Men jag kan ändå inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Cons:

Rakt utanför fönstret är det en stor ventilationsanläggning - ett konstant MYCKET högt dån, dygnet runt. Det låter genom öronpropparna!

Dessutom: Det blev stopp i avloppet i duschen så vatten flödade ut i hallen. Vi sa till i receptionen. Dagen därpå blev det översvämning igen…

Och: Ingen städning av rummet första dagen…

Bilderna av hotellet på hemsidan ser bättre ut än vad det ser ut i verkligheten…

Frukosten var liten, man fick den på en bricka i rummet.
