De ligging van het hotel is prima. De Alexander Nevski-kathedraal ligt op ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen (1.200 meter). Tegenover het hotel zit een goede pizzeria (reserveren aanbevolen) en direct naast het hotel zit een uitstekend restaurant (Studio 63). Ook zit er naast het hotel een leuke kleine bar (FlipFlop); fijne plek om even een biertje te drinken. Ook is er een supermarkt op loopafstand.
De kamers die we hadden waren heel ruim en ook fraai ingericht. Het kleine balkon was een pluspunt. Het bed vond ik heel goed. Ik heb uitstekend geslapen.
De werknemers zijn vriendelijk en beleefd. Ik voelde me heel welkom.
De kok kon slechts 1 ei tegelijkertijd bakken. Hierdoor kon het ontbijt (voor 3 personen) niet tegelijk geserveerd worden. Het is niet heel belangrijk, maar wellicht wel voor verbetering vatbaar.
I got an upgrade to a cute suite with an amazing bath.
I missed my breakfast because I didn’t hear the guy knocking on my door (I’m deaf).

The location was ok. There are many embassies on the street where the hotel is located.
There is a LIDL close by where you can do some shopping.
There are lot of restaurants, bars and a few parks nearby.
The cathedral Aleksandar Nevski is about 10 min away. So is the University of Sofia.
The staff was very helpful and they brought over and if you can't make it to the breakfast, they will prepare you something to take with you. I had a sandwich and orange juice, but you can choose something else.
The room Horo was amazing. First time when I saw a functional fire place in a hotel room.
Big room, with a couch, desk, fridge, AC, and confortable bed, plus a balcony.
The bathroom was very nice.
There are no dedicated parking spaces for the hotel. There are public parking spaces but I think you need to have a Bulgarian number plate to pay by using the app.
I recommend contacting the hotel before booking, If you travel by car.
Персоналът ни посрещна и изпрати супер позитивно. Стаята ни бе перфектна и почистена ,а разположението на хотела е перфектно,като само трябва да те има предвид ,че е добре да не сте с кола. Закуската беше превъзходна.

Personal war nett. Frühstück auf Zimmer.
Housekeeping war irgendwie nicht vorhanden. Betten wurden nie gemacht. Bad wurde auch nie geputzt. Aber immer frische Tücher wurden gewechselt obwohl nicht nötig.
El alojamiento se encuentra a escasos minutos caminando de la catedral de Sofía, con bares, restaurantes y una bonita zona.
El personal de recepción es amable, simpático y servicial.
El desayuno es rico, hay varias opciones y también picnic en caso de excursiones tempranas.
Reponen agua y toallas a diario.
No hay servicio de limpieza diario

For lack of dinning area there is the option to have served in your room at no extra cost - nice touch. Shower was fantastic and the hotel location made it easy to get around Sofia.
Breakfast is served on a schedule so you have to pick a time to get it served - there is a chance you will not get served when you want to eat... the floor "carpet" is more like scotchbright than carpet...
