Room for improvement
Pros:

The hotel is great. Room was spacious and clean. Nice setting and USB charging points and enough wallet sockets for charging etc. Receptionist was very helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately also some working points. Breakfast is rather basic with choices you have to make the day earlier. Coffee arrived cold, orange juice not fresh, ordered ham or cheese and got none. So the breakfast item is room for improvement. In the bathroom cleaning team left also cleaning items at the mirror.... not big problem but ok not you would expect neither. So hence the lesser score. Neighborhood has restaurants so you are covered there for dinner options but if you want more options a 30m walk or small taxi ride will get you to better places.

Lovely stay in the centre of the city
Pros:

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable and beautifully located. Also the breakfast was it was excellent. I will come back again whenever I need to visit Sofia.

Cons:

The parking facility is missing. Aldo recommendations for nearby parking are scarce. The reception should offer more suport on that.

Pros:

Един от най-хубавите хотели, в които съм била. Стаите са дизайнерски с много изпипани елементи и усещане за лукс. Всичко е много качествено и не са правени компромиси дори и с най-малкоте детайли. Локацията е в сърцето на града, на една от най-хубавите улици. Персоналът е изключително любезен и приятен за общуване. Много ми допадна и опцията за донасяне на закуската в стаята. Бих се връщала отново и отново. Благодаря ви за изкючителното изкарване!

Pros:

Tesis yapısal ve mimari olarak oldukça güzel ve tatlı bir yer.

Cons:

Tesiste sıcak su problemi vardı. Bulgaristan gittiğimiz gün çok soğuktu, fakat sıcak su akmadığı için ne yazik ki soğuk su ile duş almak zorunda kaldık ve oldukça üşüdük. Çalışan cana yakın biri değildi, zaten bir süre sonra otelden ayrılmıştı. Problemimizi çözmek için bir görevli bulamadık.
