Excellent Service and Professional Staff
Pros:

My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. I especially appreciated the beautiful room with a view of the old town, which made the whole experience even more memorable.
However, the overall impression of a hotel always depends on the people who work there — and the staff here truly deserve recognition. The girls at the reception were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks also to Dawid, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Thanks to such great service, guests can really feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The main thing you expect from a hotel stay is the ability to rest properly, and sadly that was impossible here.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and the location was excellent.

Cons:

We booked a Deluxe room for three people, but unfortunately the sofa bed for the third person was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. Every small movement made loud noises, making it nearly impossible for any of us to get a proper night’s sleep. The room itself also looked quite outdated, and the sleeping arrangement for the third guest was not acceptable.
