Gute Lage, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die grossen Zimmer war toll und sauber und das Fitnessstudio sieht klein aus auf den Bildern ist es aber nicht.

Cons:

Das der Pool ab ca.14:00/15:00 Uhr im schatten ist.
Für klein Kinder ist das natürlich nicht schlecht.

The staff was incredible and could not have been more helpful. Great rooms, perfect location, true air conditioning, and a breakfast that was all you could ask for. If I could rate the hotel higher than a 10 I would.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Hotel sehr zentral, Minute zu Fuss zur Riva aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Absolut faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal vom Empfang bis zu den Servicekräften. Waren schon das zweite Mal zum Jahreswechsel dort und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Llegue al hotel el dia de mi cumpleaños y colocaron en ma habitacion una tarjeta con un bello mensaje y unos chocolates de obsequio, hermoso detalle. Lo recomiendo 100%

Cons:

Frühstück in Form von Bestellungen getrennter Platten (süß, Käseaufschnitt,Fleischaufschnitt, Eier), so dass man bei mehreren Variationen automatisch viel zu viel erhält, was wiederum nicht nachhaltig ist. Ein kleines Buffet wäre hier besser.

Beautiful area
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town with easy access to the Riva.
Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a storage room for luggage after check out.
The room was spacious, modern and cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable and TV also had radio channels.
Breakfast was well laid out and included, cooked, pastries, fruit and yoghurt.
We enjoyed using the jacuzzi after our days out.
