Desk was nice to work on. Felt warm and settled in easily. Kind receptionist. Also well located near shops/Kelvingrove Park/fancy West End bars if that's your thing
Sheets were a bit plasticky, got a bit uncomfortable 2nd night. Floor had a bump in it - not a problem for me but maybe for someone with a wheelchair.

Pictures don't do the hotel justice. Lovely stairwell and nice bathroom. Very good value for money for that location.
Great location, spacious room, excellent shower, friendly and helpful team. Great value for money.

It was very well situated for town yet far enough out to be quiet.
Bed comfy, room airy, shower room had good walk in shower and all was clean.
Plenty tea/coffee/milk/hot chocolate. Most I've seen!
Reception very helpful, gentleman moved me downstairs as I have mobility problems
Excellent value for money!!
Nothing.
There wasn't anything really
I was quite content with visit
The Staff have always been very helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The location was perfect for where I needed to commute to. Thanks for makin this stay and my previous stay two months ago very pleasant! This is why I booked this hotel again this time! :-)
All was very well.
Manager was helpful and friendly. Hot breakfasts prepared to order and the poached egg was excellent. Good location for walking to West end and Scottish exhibition centre
Location was good
Not Recommended
The check-in process was fine, but unfortunately, the hygiene and overall conditions did not meet my expectations for the price. I found a spider in the room and noticed hair in the bathroom and on the pillow, which was unpleasant.
The main issue, however, was the temperature in the room. The radiator operated on a timer, and the room stayed around 15°C, which felt very cold for the winter season. I informed the reception about this on the first day, but I was told the heating would only turn on a few hours later. For most of my stay, the radiator remained off, and I felt quite cold, especially after showering.
The building itself is old and not well soundproofed — I could easily hear my neighbors talking, and unfortunately, the person in the next room snored loudly, making it difficult to sleep.
There was also no refrigerator, which made the stay less convenient.
Overall, I did not feel comfortable and believe the experience did not justify the price.
On the bright side — the spider has been safely released.
I originally only booked for 1 day, but the friendly receptionist helped me find the cheapest room everyday and gave me a discount, and even upgraded my room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable
The bathroom was exceptionally spacious for a single room. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were welcoming.
On the first night i booked a single room for myself and was pleasently given a double room fir the night and at no extra costs. Plus point in ny book.
