Easy access and parking
Pros:

Easy to park and right next to the huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Old town not immediately accessible. We were on a short stay which meant we had dinner in the shopping centre.
Excellent, good value restaurant only serves breakfast. Good range of hot and cold food. Very helpful efficient staff.They have an area away from the buffet which is dog friendly. Our dog was happy in the hotel.
The beds were very comfortable and shower clean and easy to use.

Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow.
There is a mini fridge if that is something you need!

Pros:

Hôtel de chaîne, propre et confortable, situé à 15mn du vieux centre de Vitoria-Gasteiz. Juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial avec hypermarché. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Au bord d'une grande avenue avec plusieurs lignes dont une ligne électrique qui emmène en 10 mn à la gare routière.
Personnel très aimable et accueillant.
