Escale de qualité à Biarritz pendant six jours
Pros:

L' accueil et toute l'équipe, Lucas, Yannis, Carla...au petit soin. Le confort des chambres et la location de l' hôtel au centre de Biarritz, à proximité de la plage. Toute une ambiance propice au repos et à la découverte d'une belle région.

El lugar al que siempre querrás volver en Biarritz
Pros:

Hemos tenido una estancia increíble en este hotel en Biarritz. Todo está cuidado al detalle y el ambiente es simplemente perfecto. El equipo es fantástico, siempre atento y con una hospitalidad difícil de encontrar.

Además, es de esos hoteles pet-friendly de verdad: no solo aceptan perros, sino que realmente piensan en ellos y los cuidan.

Sin duda, the place to be si vienes a Biarritz.

Mención especial para Luc, que estuvo pendiente de nosotras cada día y siempre asegurándose de que todo estuviera listo.

La atención de Luck...quien era muy atento a todas las necesidades y hablaba Español.

Cons:

Que nos alojaran en unas habitaciones anexas al hotel en otro edificio diferente en el que no había personal de recepción 24 h.

Une adresse coup de cœur à Biarritz
Pros:

Tout était vraiment parfait. C’était mon deuxième séjour à l’Alfred Hotel et j’espère que ce ne sera pas le dernier. C’est un peu mon petit coin de paradis où je viens me détendre.

J’adore cet hôtel : l’atmosphère, le style, tous les petits détails et les touches personnalisées… et le lit, incroyable 🫠

Toute l’équipe est adorable (un grand merci à Lucas et Carla !). Et aussi un super service de conciergerie, avec un contact très attentionné avec Vanessa, même avant l’arrivée.

Honnêtement, l’expérience est d’un niveau bien au-dessus d’un hôtel 3*. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Une superbe expérience.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet etablissement.
