Hôtel très agréable à quelques pas de l’océan.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à quelques pas de l’océan.
La chambre était vraiment confortable, le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits de qualité.
Nous avons été accueillis par Carla à notre arrivée, notre départ et pour le petit déjeuner, avec un accueil irréprochable.
C’était un très bon séjour!

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Pros:

We booked a last minute weekend away in Biarritz and were lucky to find this lovely boutique hotel. After travelling most of the night to get there, we were delighted to hear that we could check in early as our room was ready. Super comfy bed, reasonably priced, perfect location and friendly staff, especially Luke, who was so welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

The room was lovely and clean. The staff is amazing. Everybody is so sweet and kind and helpful. They included breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you, Hotel Alfred and your terrific staff and high standards.

Pros:

The location is fantastic—just a one-minute walk to Plage du Port Vieux and within easy reach of all the town’s beautiful viewpoints. It’s also surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and shops.
The room has everything you need, and the bed is really comfortable. They also provide free croissants and coffee, which is a nice touch.
On top of that, the staff are incredibly welcoming. I had a wonderful stay, thanks in part to Luc’s help.
I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily come back.

Cons:

I found the soundproofing at the hotel could be improved.

Fantastic Service, Very Comfortable bed
