Tolle Lage und Haus mit Potenzial aber wird nicht ansatzweise genutzt

super freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, tolle Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

Super ungepflegte Zimmer, in meinem Zimmer 5 Leuchtmittel defekt, auf der Couch super viele ekelige Flecken, die Zimmer wirklich extrem in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Personal war sehr nett .

Cons:

Wir haben es uns angesehen und uns entschlossen, nicht in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Das Hotel ist einfach nur renovierungsbedürftig. Alles ist alt und die Teppiche im Zimmer waren voller schmutziger Flecken. Außerdem gab es in dieser Woche kein Frühstück. Wir sollten morgens zum Bestwestern hochlaufen um zu frühstücken, ein völliges No Go.
Wir haben storniert und zwei Nächte im Bestwestern, einem wirklich empfehlenswerten Hotel verbracht. Dort hat alles gepasst.

Gern kommen wir wieder ins Parkhotel und nehmen das Best Western als Alternative.
Pros:

Wir waren leider nicht im Parkhotel, sondern wurden in ein weiter gelegenes Hotel gelegt. An diesem Wochenende war zu wenig Personal für das Parkhotel vorhanden. Daher sehr schade weil bei dieser Unterkunft hat uns bisher alles gefallen.

Cons:

Es war weiter von der Innenstadt weg und auch zu Fuß aus der Innenstadt nicht gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war relativ einfach gehalten. War okay.

Sehr gutes und freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Das Parkhotel ist ein sehr gutes Hotel. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und es sind fussläufig rund 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Der Empfang und Service sind der freundlich, Hunde sind sehr willkommen und werden ebenfalls freundlich begrüßt. Es ist ein romantisches altes Gebäude, die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber, modernisiert aber der Flair ist geblieben. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und umfangreich mit sehr guter Qualität. Zum Zentrum sind es keine 10 Minuten und Restaurants gibt es naheliegend genügend Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet.
