Excellent location for the sites around the Old Town and not too far from the pedestrian area with shops and bars.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast included although a little limited.
Radiators didn't give off much heat, had to use Aircon to heat room .

It’s a sweet hotel located in the old town and easy to get around by foot. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
We are very pleased with our stay. The location is just perfect. The hotel is In the old town, close to everything what you must see in Plovdiv. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very unique, authentic, like you are sleeping in the old Plovdiv house from the last century. It was clean, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was included and it was very good, fresh and balanced..Coffee was good too.Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very quiet place too,good for relaxation after walking all day in the old town and Kapana.
The house/hotel needs maintenence.
We stayed for 2 nights, but nobody cleaned and changed the towels and shampoo for the second day/night
There was a guy on the reception, his welcoming was very lovely.
The location was really.
The room was super old, the light on the wall wasn't working, the bed lining was old, some part were even ripped.
The bathtub was looking dirty, there were even still hair in it, probably from thw previous customer. The room wasnt well cleaned.
The breakfast was very limited. And the morning receptionist was super grumpy.
Very friendly and helpful stuff , amazing location as the center is about 10 min away by foot and there are a few sights near the hotel you can easily go to. Very reasonable price with breakfast included. Just the Wi-Fi needs to be fixed as there is not a very strong connection. Overall great experience, would 100% recommend!

The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was incredible,a large range of food in buffet style and all very fresh. The hotel was in the old city so everything was just out the door. The rooms were clean, and the bed linen was spotless.

The hotel was nothing special. I am travelling to Plovdiv almost every week and I have a wide experience with all sort of hotels there particularly those in the Old Town.
