Una maravilla.
Pros:

Un lugar mágico y diferente.
Recepcionistas amables.
Desayuno maravilloso.
Piscina perfecta para la ocasión.
La habitación rústica pero acorde al entorno y al pueblo.

Great staff, excellent breakfast and location
Pros:

Lorenzo was warm and welcoming. He and Barbra work so hard! Beautiful breakfast. Center of walled city, great location for day trips.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not enough to cool the room. It was extremely hot in the room. Extra fans would help a lot.

Although there were silly ‘faults’ that could so easily be corrected by management our overall experience was one of joy

Cons:

There were a few niggles! Some electrical sockets weren’t functioning. Air conditioning just couldn’t manage to cool room sufficiently - but it was extremely hot outside! Great to have a bidet but the plug couldn’t seal so couldn’t hold water. A very ‘tight’ shower cubicle. No cups for the tea/coffee station just small paper ones. Also no drinking glasses in the room or bathroom.

Great base to stay inside the walls and enjoy the days out and the nights in with excellent restaura
Pros:

Breakfast was most enjoyable and plenty of choices.

The internet was spotty but it was nice to unplug

Romantischer Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toscana
Pros:

Schönes Boutiquehotel in einem touristischen Hotspot der Toskana. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und elegant mit superbem Frühstück und romantischen Momenten in Garten und am Pool. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die wasserleitungen sind ein Problem, wohl eine Folge der Hitze

Pros:

Die Lage im Kern des Ortes in Laufdistanz zu sehr guten Restaurants. Die Ruhe und das freundliche Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und enthielt auch viele selbstgemachte süsse und salzige Gebäcke.

Pros:

Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questa struttura. La camera era molto pulita e il punto di forza è sicuramente la vista: il tramonto sulle mura e sulle torri di Monteriggioni è davvero spettacolare!
La colazione è stata buona e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, consigliandomi anche un ottimo ristorante dove cenare. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la piscina.

Cons:

La doccia era piuttosto piccola e poco comoda da utilizzare.

Tutto sommato buono e piacevole
Pros:

Posizione ottima ,struttura accogliente ,personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto la cura dei dettagli : l ‘ acqua della piscina non era proprio pulita; quella dell ‘idromassaggio molto peggio, in camera una delle prese del comodino era rotta, il frigo bar sporco ed anche la camera era poco pulita….
