Pros:

Helpful staff, lovely building and decor, comfy bed.

Cons:

The bathroom was “compact”. The shower was tiny - you hit your elbows on the sides whilst washing your hair and you hit the shower with your knees when sitting on the toilet.

Minor things
- it’s nice to have music at breakfast but I think the hotel can afford an ad-free streaming service and to play music from a speaker instead of a mobile phone.
- No wifi in the rooms.

Pros:

Giovanni and Lorenzo were incredibly helpful and kind to us. They helped us find a bus route, luggage transfer, and provided umbrellas. It is a gorgeous historical hotel. We'll worth the price.

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Cappuccino zum Frühstück war einzigartig gut, das gesamte Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Lage war nicht zu toppen, einen solchen Garten in Monteriggione habe ich nicht erwartet. Das Foccacia gegenüber absolut empfehlenswert, auch der Wein hat mich überzeugt. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage. Ich würde wieder dort einkehren.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Monteriggioni and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect,set within the historic surroundings, it feels like stepping into fairytale.
What made our stay especially memorable was the staff. They were absolutely amazing, incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment and really elevated the entire experience.
The hotel itself is charming, clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent! The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tuscany.

Charmantes Hotel in extravaganter Lage.
Pros:

Der nette Innenhof und der geschützte Parkplatz waren überraschend und sehr einladend.
Altes Gemäuer mit viel Charme.

Cons:

Für Fahrräder gibt es leider keinen überdachten Abstellplatz, auch eine Ladestation für E-bilkes wäre noch echt super.

Muy completo todo!! Fácil parking dentro de la muralla, paraje excepcional, buen servicio, buen desayuno, habitación cómoda y buenos restaurantes por la zona, 3, ya que es una fortaleza bonita y acogedora. La piscina estaba cerrada, obvio pero dan ganas de bañarse
