Pros:

Check in time was 2pm however we are provided with room at 3pm after argument at reception. We were told rooms are not empty hence rooms cannot be provided. We reached the hotel at 12noon.

Cons:

Behaviour of staff, swimming pool were not clear and no attendant at pool not towels were available at pool.

Pros:

Location, restaurant food was good.

Cons:

I stayed in a renovated room which was good. But generally the hotel needs a massive overhaul in terms of interiors, decor and upgrade in the quality of the staff. The location is fantastic, the property itself is great, but it needs a huger overhaul to bring it to the standard and rating it deserves.

Pleasant Stay.
Pros:

Courteous staff, specially Rekha, Guest Relatioship Manager and Krishna at restaurant,
Great location.
I had a pleasant stay.
Just that rooms are really old and in bad shape.
However Rekha tried for a better room but it was unavailable.
Thanks Rekha and Krishna for wonderful hospitality.
