Our recent stay was not satisfactory. There were mosquitoes in the washroom, which made it very uncomfortable.
We had paid for an extra person, but when we requested an extra bed, the bed provided was damaged, which was disappointing and unacceptable.
Additionally, the washroom hot water signage was very unclear, making it difficult to understand which tap provided hot water.
The room location allocated was also not satisfactory, and overall the experience did not meet expectations considering the amount paid.

Good location on a busy noisy street for the side of the hotel. Good large building which really requires overhaul as per maintenance. No soul in the atmosphere of 2 lobbies of the hotel. Walking distance to public transport including metro. Spacious room on 2nd level but all of those rooms and furniture inside the room requires a great amount of maintenance. Bathroom plumbing leaks and shower head not cleaned in years. Avoid having shower. The corridor carpets needs replacement. Rooms are clean but can be done better. Good helpful housekeeping staff who works with limited resources. Below par management. Restaurant staff needs training on treating clients. Poor service. Waiting time too long though self service the manager keeps spoons and other cutlery in a locked drawers! . Below average vegetarian breakfast. Staff not motivated and poor management leadership. Price paid stay too high for service provided. Stressful experience.

except the gate keeper and one or two front office staff all others are a question mark. House keeping head is always at the reception rather than supervising the rooms
Hotel is good location and now staff is good coprative
I stayed in room number 425. While the rooms are renovated, the maintaine continue to remain a challenge. Couple of lights in the continue to remain blinking. The shower in the washroom needs to repair. Have highlighted the same and asked to have it fixed while leaving the room. No action at all. After I returning to my room the situation is the same. Just puting the money for renovation wont help. The approach needs to be changed.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Management
had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Manohar. The swimming pool service was not up to the mark, and the overall hospitality was extremely poor. The management seemed careless and unresponsive to guests’ needs. Honestly, I’ve never seen this kind of mismanagement in any hotel before. This place does not meet the expectations set by its name or reputation. I would not recommend it to others until there are serious improvements.
