It was amazing.staff excellent especially Arti,Druga, Krishna,and Ganesh.Each and everyone including the rest of staff were polite and extemely prompt in services rendered.They made my stay a pleasure.Will be back again.

Had previously stayed at the hotel multiple times during our visit to India. However, this visit we encountered a few issues. The room was ok but the bathroom needed to be cleaned more throughly. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi connection to the room which was very inconvenient. Had to speak to the front desk and even show the absence of SreeKanya on available networks. Had to spend the day with no access. Will update if things improve on our return to hotel next week.
Had the opportunity to stay for four days. The front desk were pleasant and helpful. I liked that all the staff was masked and the place was neat. Special kudos to Lakshmi on the 3rd floor who was friendly & helpful. She brought in fresh towels when needed.

House keeping was very bad, light was replaced after a complaint was made. Toiletries were not replaced properly, rectified after providing feedback, back curtain (transparent one) was torn.
The rooms were clean and the bathrooms well maintained.

Rooms size is too small for family of 2 adults + 1 kid. This hotel is average. Bathroom was too small and cramped.
Best place to stay for a decent price, good service great quality, best place, close to every place.
Super Rooms, Clean and Comfortable Beds and super facilities. Great breakfast spread. Loved this place. Though traffic noise is an issue so choose for rooms on higher floor. Overall a super experience.
