Entre lac et montagne…
Pros:

La vue au dernier étage dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et la piscine (même si on ne s’en est pas servi à cause du mauvais temps).

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner du matin…pas à la hauteur en qualité pour un 4 étoiles…beaucoup de choix certes mais peu qualitatif
Accueil correct mais un peu anonyme…

Pros:

This hotel is in a fabulous location. It’s an easy walk from the ferry & it’s also a short walk to the tourist information centre, the bus stops & a really large supermarket.

I found the staff to be friendly & helpful.

My room was large & it had everything I need for a comfortable stay. It was really clean & quiet. Not charming but it had everything I needed & it was just as shown in the photos.

As a solo traveller I felt safe & secure here. Riva is a really lovely place & this hotel was a great base for me for 3 nights. Breakfast was served on the top floor of the hotel. It was a typical Italian continental breakfast that is self serve. You get your own coffee from a machine.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, veramente centralissima. Parcheggio a pagamento a pochi passi, colazione abbondante servita in sala panoramica, bella piscina, spa accogliente, personale molto cordiale.

Cons:

Suggerirei solamente di utilizzare un tavolino più grande su cui poggiare la macchinetta del caffè. Su quello che c'è attualmente non hai dove poggiare un paio di tazze.
Consiglierei una luce sullo specchio del bagno.
Stranamente manca il bidet.

Sicuramente la posizione, comoda per visitare il centro e raggiungere facilmente il lungolago.
Lo staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Forse le stanze un po' vecchiotte e la pulizia non eccelsa. Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più ma nulla di gravissimo. Ci tornerei se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo a Riva del Garda

Insgesamt eine tolle Lage mit viel Wohlfühlfaktor für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist auch sehr reichhaltig.
Wenn man beim Frühstück schon schön auf den Gardasee schauen kann, dann fängt der Tag schon richtig gut an.

Cons:

Da ich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs war, habe ich durch ein anderes Hotel von der Trentino Gästekarte erfahren, das habe ich dann beim Check in angesprochen und auch bekommen. Eine Werbung und direkte Information vom Hotel wäre wünschenswert.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist unschlagbar.
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage bzw. die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer aus gefallen. Diese tolle Aussicht hatten wir zudem vom Frühstücksraum und Pool aus. Das Personal war freundlich und hat auch deutsch gesprochen.
Beim Frühstück gab es alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht richtig gesaugt, weder als wir ankamen, noch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es lagen zu Beginn in den Ecken Staubflocken und Reste von Preisschildern. Bei zwei Frauen sammeln sich leider schnell einige Haare auf dem Boden an, da wäre es angenehm gewesen, hätte man nochmal gesaugt.
