Pros:

Great breakfast, loved the infinity pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The views from the pool and the balcony were stunning.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours at times, the walls seemed thin between the rooms.

The location was terrific, close to restaurants and transit options. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was above average from my travel in the area.

werde sicherlich wieder kommen....
Pros:

Ich war ja bereits schon einige Male hier und alles im allen sehr gut.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La camera situata in una sorta di sottoscala tra il primo piano e il pianoterra. Privo di parcheggio (nemmeno per una moto ma disponibile nei pressi a pagamento.

Schickes Grand Hotel im Herzen von Riva
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Riva und bietet ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Der Service ist gut und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze im nahegelegenen Parkhaus.

Cons:

Zimmer war trotz moderater Temperaturen sehr warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend kühle Luft für das große Zimmer geliefert hat.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok, ich würde demnächst ohne Frühstück buchen!

So much potential
Pros:

Beautiful location, very central and with a great view.
Most of the facilities seem quite new, the spa very nice, love the terrace pool.
Room is quite modern.

Cons:

Quality of the breakfast was less than average.
Big selection of pastries (which they were good, although not home made, you can tell), savoury really scarse! For the price of a grand hotel I would’ve expect much more.
I had the B&B package, so can’t say more for the dinner service not for the restaurant downstairs.
