Deludente per aver speso 400€ per due notti
Pros:

La posizione e la piscina sul terrazzo.

Cons:

La colazione era pietosa, cose fatte male (persino il succo alla arancia era super annacquato).
La spa non è una spa ma c’è solo la sauna con dei lettini e il bagno turco. Nessun idromassaggio o altro, ci sono rimasto male

Too hot to sleep.
Pros:

Great location and so good to have pool.

Cons:

Aircon broke down and only slept 4 hours . Would have been good if we could have accessed the pool before 12 as the only way to cool down.

Das einzig gute ist die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schmutzig, Blutflecken auf dem Bettrahmen und im Waschbecken und das Frühstück war wirklich eine Frechheit, 5 Tage alte Gutken die schon als Gefriergetrocknet durchgehen könnten.

il soggiorno è stato deludente: Grand Hotel... è rimasto solo il nome!
Pros:

L'unica cosa veramente positiva è la posizione. Per il resto struttura veramente modesta non certo di categoria 4 stelle.

Cons:

Le camere veramente spoglie. Avevamo prenotato una junior suite e mancava persino un tavolino per il computer mentre la macchina del caffè era su un comodino basso e scomodo. La colazione non all'altezza della situazione. Bella la sala colazioni all'ultimo piano ma i prodotti serviti di mediocre qualità. Bella sarebbe stata la piscina all'ultimo piano ma scivolosissima (al limite del pericoloso) e senza ombrelloni per un poco di ombra. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare gli asciugamani della camera perchè mancava un servizio di asciugamani per piscina. Insomma, ci aspettavamo molto di più (anche considerato il prezzo). Francamente non ci torneremmo.

Cons:

Pool loses the sun quite early due to mountains. Why is it not open earlier?
We were on the floor below the restaurant so heard them setting up for breakfast early doors
Hotel bar shuts at midnight????

nicht sauber und viel zu überteuert
Pros:

Top Lage, Pool am Dach ist schön und hat eine tolle Aussicht

Cons:

Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist absolut nicht okay, wir haben bei Ankunft Haare im Bad vorgefunden
Dusche absolut nicht ordentlich geputzt, der Boden hatte ordentlich gesaugt und gewischt werden müssen
Wir hatten ein Babybett dazu gebucht bei welchem die Matratze schlecht gerochen hat und welches auch Flecken hatte
Frühstück schlecht, kaum Auswahl - um 07:10 gab es bereits kein Brot
Eier haben sehr komisch gerochen
für 240€ pro Nacht ist dieses Hotel ein absoluter Reinfall
