Der Pool auf dem Dach und das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

- Personal unfreundlich.
- Extrem laut, Zimmer neben Aufzug, als würde alle 2 Min ein Zug durchs Zimmer fahren, eine Zumutung! -> Zimmer nach 1 Nacht gewechselt, in ein Mini Zimmer ohne Balkon -> Türen/Wände aus Karton, man hört jeden Mucks
- Frühstück ist eine Enttäuschung, Kaffee ungeniessbar, Fruchtsäfte sind farbigs Wasser, Rührei schwimmt in Wasser, Früchte aus der Dose
- Frühstücksraum laut, eng
- alles sehr lieblos, laut und Abfertigung
- nicht geputzt, riesen Staub Schicht -> siehe Foto
- von aussen sieht es gut aus

Ottima posizione. Personale cortese, Pulizia nella media. Colazione "continentale" nella media a parte del caffè, ma la sala per la colazione e molto bella con la vista panoramica.

Cons:

Finiture non degne di 4 stelle. Niente bidet, la porta del bagno con la serratura mancante(un buco nel telaio) il telaio per porta scorrevole mancante. Niente vetro tra bagno e doccia. Sapone assente. Regolazione di temperatura non scendeva sotto i 21 che al nostro parere era molto superiore. Abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra mezzoaperta.

Exquisite old hotel with excellent location to insure a memorable snd comfortable stay in Riva Del Garda.
Pros:

Fantastic location in Riva Del Garda. Beautiful lake view. Nice breakfast area above the lake. A majestic old grand Dane aging gracefully.

Cons:

The property was fine. The room was comfortable. The shower was a little tricky with no glass divider so showering required a bit of careful navigation. The staff - while polite and professional, are not overly friendly or displaying a lot of hospitality.
