Basic, clean but not 4 star magical

Location and beds and coffee

Cons:

Only one Front desk staff was helping others when we arrived. My dad is 82. After 15 minutes I asked if someone else in back could help us Somebody came ( I think 2 were just chatting). It was 5 pm and one would expect first front desk staff to call for help so we didn’t have to wait for so long

It’s 2026. Showers would be helpful for elderly customers

Pros:

Repetente voltei depois de quatro anos.
Nota se que o hotel precisa de alguma restauro, o pequeno almoço generoso ,os sumos podiam ser naturais.

Cons:

O calcanhar de Aquiles dos hotéis são os colchões.

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, afastado o suficiente do centro da cidade para escapar à confusão. Estacionamento prático, mas insuficiente, no segundo dia tive dificuldade em estacionar por falta de lugares disponíveis. Fui muito bem recebido o pessoal é simpático e prestável. O quarto era confortável, estava limpo tal como a casa de banho, tinha uma vista desafogada e a varanda era muito agradável. Foi-me oferecido um suspiro que se encontrava na mesa do quarto, gostei, não estava nada à espera de encontrar este mimo. Obrigado. As zonas de lazer estavam bem cuidadas e eram confortáveis, utilizei do meu tempo para ler e encontrei tranquilidade. Por minha opção não utilizei a zona da piscina, mas os amigos que me acompanhavam estavam agradados com as instalações. O pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e tudo estava óptimo. No primeiro dia tínhamos dúvida onde jantar, demos uma vista de olhos na carta do restaurante na porta da entrada, o colaborador foi de uma simpatia imensa, explicou os pratos que tinham, as sobremesas, os acompanhamentos, explicou tudo com muita delicadeza, fomos convidados a entrar para ver a variedade e decidimos ficar no restaurante. Fomos muito bem servidos com muita atenção e cortesia. A atitude do colaborador foi realmente excepcional, fico muito agradecido pelo tratamento que tivemos por este vosso colaborador que sem dúvida dignifica o hotel e torna a estada numa excelente experiência.

O hotel é muito completo e proporciona uma estada agradável. A piscina interior aquecida é excelente! A exterior também mas apenas para o tempo quente. Tem umas áreas de estar muito boas, tanto no interior como no exterior.

Cons:

Os acessos ao hotel têm de ser melhorados urgentemente, pois estão muito danificados. O serviço de pequeno-almoço tem de ser mais cuidado, pois, apesar de ter uma diversidade boa de produtos, deixaram acabar... Contudo, pedindo, arranjaram, por exemplo, sumo.

Pros:

Conheço este hotel há muito tempo. É bom, destaca-se sobretudo pelo seu restaurante em que os sabores do Alentejo estão sempre à mesa. Jantar absolutamente delicioso.
