Infelizmente fiquei desiludida .
Pros:

A piscina ser calma e ter bastante sítio para poder colocar as toalhas e relaxar
Tenho de salientar um dos funcionários que por norma estava no buffet do jantar que era super prestável e simpático principalmente para o meu bebé , sempre muito atencioso .

Ter-me sido informado ao telefone que poderia adicionar a meia pensão no dia do check in e quando cheguei a funcionária disse me que já não dava, tinha de ter ligado antes para pedir mas iria ser praticamente a mesma coisa que apenas só tinha de pagar as bebidas , disse me isto 3 vezes na qual eu dizia que não era a mesma coisa pois o facto de ter de pagar as bebidas fazia toda a diferença , foi-me informado tb por telefone quando pedi informações que havia menu infantil pois fui com um bebé de 20 meses e uma menina de 11 e não havia nada, aliás o buffet era muito fraco, apenas havia um prato de peixe e um de carne e que acaba em 2minutos já pra não se falar da sobremesa e fruta, no geral a comida era pouca e o pequeno almoço também era fraco.
A piscina das crianças tinha muito lixo , sendo de crianças devia ser mais cuidada .
Alguns funcionários sempre que lhes perguntava alguma coisa respondiam como se eu tivesse obrigação de saber e a vontade de trabalhar era pouca .
No quarto a porta da casa de banho não fechava e o lençol de baixo nem tapava o colchão todo.

O quarto é grande, confortavél e com boa limpeza. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. A piscina também é muito boa. Recomendo. Boa localização, para quem tem carro, ligueiramente longe do centro a pé.

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço ficou um bocado a desejar. Quando chegamos foi difícil arranjar estacionamento no parque do hotel. Tivemos algumas dificuldades com o chuveiro, mas depois de falar com os funcionários tudo se resolveu

A comida do bar da piscina é óptima e barata. As tostas de frango são uma maravilha e enormes ! Preço muito bom

Cons:

Achei que o pequeno almoço perdeu qualidade. Já lá estive algumas vezes, só em 2025 é que não fui e agora achei diferença na qualidade do pequeno almoço. Faz falta uma chaleira ou máquina de café no quarto.
