Idílico
Pros:

La atención del personal excelente, me facilitaron el check in al llegar muy tarde por el vuelo. Todas las trabajadoras encantadoras, en especial una de ella que era española(valenciana) y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La habitación perfecta, limpia,vistas increibles y el hotel una monada. Una pena no habernos quedado más, volveremos 🫶

Fantastique. La région, l’hôtel et les infrastructures, au top.
Pros:

L’accueil, le confort, l’emplacement. Nous avons mangé les deux soirs à l’hôtel et les repas étaient excellent, vraiment!

Cons:

Rien à dire à part la déco du restaurant qui est particulière mais ça n’est pas vraiment une critique… :-D

sehr gutes Frühstück(sehr guter Schinken), sehr freundliches Personal, gute, ruhige und zentrale Lage, schöne Aussicht; Batteriewechsel der TV-Fernbedienung um 22:00 innert Minuten!

Cons:

Schade gab's beim Frühstück kein "normales" Ruchbrot... ; das Fenster im Badezimmer war "mangelhaft", ich bevorzuge ein Frühstücksbuffet(Käse, Fleisch und Getränke),

Einfach unvergessliche zwei Tage
Pros:

Die Übernachtung war toll, grosser Balkon und wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berggipfel, die Lage perfekt, wenige Minuten zu den Bahnen und zum Shoppen. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Betreuung sehr freundlich.

gesamthaft gut mit einigen kleinen màngeln
Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist etwas schwierig da sie teilweise unbeholfen Englisch sprechen und keinerlei Deutsch.

Das Frühstück empfind ich als etwas dürftig vor allem hat mich gestern das ein 1 Ei gratis war jedoch jedes weitere mit einem Aufpreis von 2 Franken verrechnet worden wäre
