The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Sehr schönes Hotel, liebes Personal & vor allem die Hotelzimmer sehr geräumig und schön! Leider etwas schwer zu erreichen und keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß zum Strand zu kommen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Hotel.

This is one of the worst hotels ive ever been. Filthy, run down, falling apart. Do not be fooled by the photos of the place lit up at night. The pool had no bar, the poolside pizza restaurant was derelict and tables covered in pigeon poo. Pool showers were derelict. Bathrooms were covered in pubic hairs on arrival. Bathroom towel stained! Location was rediculous. Freight train and stagnant pond/ lake next to property. 15 minute car journey to anywhere. Motorway cut you off from coast.

Fin tjek ind, værelset var allerede klar selv om vi kom før, vi fik en stort værelse med en meget stor altan.
Vi besluttede at være her en ekstra dag, så de opgraderede vores værelse. De havde problemer med deres el, så vores værelse havde problemer med adgangskort og køleskab, det fik de til at virke på andendagen, adgangskort virkede først på tredjedagen.
Der er en skøn stor pool, den virkede først på andendagen da de havde problemer med el, vi fik dog en gratis frokost pga. el situationen.
Vi spiste en gang på hotellet, fruen fik tunbøf som hun var meget begejstret for, jeg fik bøf på en bund af kartoffel purre, bøffen var perfekt stegt og meget mør, dog var der intet smag i purre, den skal de have gjort noget ved, vi fik stegte grønsager fra deres have, super lækkert, og så fik vi en salat, den trænger til at blive peppet op, alm grøn salat, et par strimler gulerødder, ikke så inspirerende når man tænker på hvad man ellers kan tilsætte, så den spiste vi ikke.
De har altid kold vand med citron og mønte ved receptionen, det var skønt når man havde været på tur.
Deres store pizza ovne ved pulen blev desværre ikke tændt, det kunne have været lækkert at få en pizza ved poolen.
Godt hotel, flinkt personale og imødekommende.

Dopo averlo scoperto a Luglio abbiamo deciso di tornarci anche ad Agosto.

Confermo quanto già detto in precedenza: personale eccezionale, (grazie ancora ai ragazzi della reception!), piscina e palestra all’aperto comodissime, buon ristorante e camere molto pulite.

Personale gentile e disponibile, complimenti sia ai ragazzi della reception che al personale che prepara le colazioni.

Tutti gli ambienti come la hall e il ristorante molto puliti e curati.

Camere pulite e in ordine, qualche dettaglio migliorabile (e.g. Sportello del quadro elettrico nell’armadio che resta aperto, aria condizionata che può essere regolata solo nella temperatura ma per la ventilazione bisogna chiedere in reception, fono un po’ piccolo per le donne con capelli lunghi).

Piscina davvero comoda, anche questa molto pulita.

Ho apprezzato (e usato) gli attrezzi in giardino per gli allenamenti a corpo libero!

Unica nota negativa, il rumore dei treni che passano anche durante la notte obbliga a dormire con le finestre chiuse (ed aria condizionata accesa).

The receptionist was very kind but manager not to be seen….the superior rooms not as on the website. Despite asking for another room….the A/C still didn’t work and the bathroom smelled like sewer. We ask for manager through reception 3 times to help fix but he’s no where around (apparently at the “beach bar working”) ….finally at midnight we decide to open door to patio as it’s cooler outside than in and we don’t sleep because of train noise, birds and bugs!
Next morning….still no response from manager when told he would be in at 9:30…had booked a 2nd night and tried to switch rooms for a 3rd time for better A/C but it still didn’t work! Very strange place with only one other couple seen at breakfast. At 11am, still no manager or offer for compensation. Tired of wasting time sitting around waiting for manager to show…. so we left. Received email saying manager giving us half price for “our issue” 1st night but still had to pay full price for 2nd night despite wanting to cancel and stay somewhere we could sleep! Terrible, tacky, not as pictured and definitely wouldn’t recommend! Manager needs to learn what customer service is and respond! Don’t waste your money!

Tranquilla

The hotel is very nice. The people were extra friendly, and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is a park like setting. Very hard to find due to the driveway exiting directly from the highway. It took us a long time to find the hotel. It was worth the hunt!

It could have been pretty good but there were some issues. For one, we really don't appreciate having to step around dog turds around the pool and outdoor dining area. That is disgusting as are the dog owners who cause it. I understand these people probably have mental health issues so perhaps the hotel should stop allowing dogs all over the property, especially where people are dining.

That said, we appreciate the sincere efforts of the grounds keeper to maintain the property. He does an excellent job and it's not his fault that some of these dog owners are selfish and slovenly. The maid was also very good and kept the room in pristine condition.

Also, nobody mentioned that there would be loud music playing until 11:30 pm right outside the rooms, so good luck getting to sleep if you need to get up early to travel.

Finally, it is very easy to miss the exit to the hotel, it doesn't look like an exit until you are passing it, and if you do miss it, there is no turning around, you have to take a circuitous route all the way back and around the town which takes about 15 minutes.

Summary, it could have been a pretty nice place, but it falls short due to management decisions and practices so we would not stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful, particularly the man who cares for the property and pool area. The gentleman that cares for the breakfast was also terrific.

That said,

Well this a very good hotel. We had two very relaxing days between Florens and Rome. A bit off season, pool area was close but no problem. Very good breakfast and service. We can strongly recommened. Our only problem was getting there from Albinia. Well the busdriver stopped without a busstop! We had very bad internet two days, but suddenly it worked very good?
And a VERY nice gardwn, woaw.

Probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in… 106. Lift to the left of me, car park to the right… here I am stuck in the middle with noise.
Air con is on request only and they turned it off at 3 manually at reception. Pool area and breakfast were nice.
Be careful… it’s right in the main motorway and railway line

The hotel was lovely - staff were great, very helpful and accomodating. The one negative is the loud train that is very near; fortunately, the rooms are fairly sound proof.

It was generally quiet and in the middle of the countryside with the sound of birds and crickets. The air was clean and breakfast was plentiful and fresh and home made.
I am told the restaurant is first rate.
The pool is lovely and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely place to stay .

Bra ställe för ett par nätter

La camera era piccolissima bello il terrazzino, La pulizia scarsa, il bagno microscopico con gli accessori non stabili e la doccia che non si chiudeva. La colazione, soprattutto la prima mattina, appena sufficiente. Sicuramente lontano da un 4 stelle

The hotel was very quiet, presumably due to the time of year and also the current circumstances. Lovely to have the pool to ourselves for a morning, however, it was a little disappointing that the bar, poolside bar (and restaurant) were closed. At least it looked that way and nobody told us anything to the contrary. The room was clean, however, on the side that we were there was a lot of noise on the Saturday night from a nearby hotel that seemed to host a club night with thumping music until the early hours.
