Die Lage

Cons:

Das Personal zeigte kein Interesse, hilfreich zu sein. Beim Frühstück musste man Besteck und Servietten selbst von der Bar holen, da sie weder am Buffet noch auf dem Tisch vorhanden waren. Das Frühstück war besonders schlecht und spärlich. Von 8 bis 9 Uhr gab es gerade einmal drei Scheiben Schinken und zwei Scheiben Käse, obwohl sechs Personen im Saal waren. Der Mitarbeiter hat es nicht neu aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, insbesondere waren der Boden und der Tisch dreckig mit Flecken, die ich dann selbst weggewischt habe. Außerdem gab es überall Haare (auf der Bettwäsche, auf dem Tisch, im Badezimmer). Es hat auch nicht geholfen, dass die reparierten Wände voller Flecken waren und komisch aussahen.

Unzufrieden und überteuert!!!

Badezimmer war noch sauber , Betten waren sehr niedrig und schmal , Frühstück war sehr wenig keine Auswahl und auch sehr schlecht von Location und unrein! das Personal sehr gelangweilt und nicht motiviert
Im gesamten keine Empfehlung für den Preis!!!!!!!!!!

Une pied a terre très reposant, un cadre magnifique, un accueil chaleureux et un petit déjeuner avec des produits de qua
Pros:

Très bien situé, à 2 pas du tramway et 10 min du centre. Environnement calme avec présence de verdure et d’une petite rivière. Personnel chaleureux et sympathique. Plusieurs places de parking pour l’hôtel.
Souplesse dans les horaires d’arrivée et départ.
Literie très confortable et propre!

Cons:

J’aurais aimé qu’il y ait 2 chaises au lieu d’une seule et + d’explications/présentations des équipements à disposition.

Grande chambre spacieuse au calmre. Parking à proximité.
La récéptionniste s'investit pour les clients.

Cons:

Des petits détails qui peuvent faire la différence; le linge de bain est rêche, la chambre sentait le renfermé, une chaise confortable dans la chambre. Rien de grave, juste des petits détails.
