Für einen Kurzaufenthalt hat’s uns ausgereicht, weil die Lage für uns passend war. Ansonsten werden wir erst wieder buch
Cons:

Die Atmosphäre wirkte bei Ankunft sehr unpersönlich. Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt, aber ansonsten wirkte das Hotel wie ausgestorben.
Allein das gute Frühstücksbüffet am Samstag und die freundliche Servicekraft an diesem Morgen hat den Aufenthalt gerettet. Frühstück am Sonntag konnte nicht angeboten werden. Umbaubedingt war der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer abmontiert.

Gute Lage für einen Basel-Besuch
Pros:

Das super Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch, und aus besten Zutaten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten bequem. Das historische Hotel ist klein und sympathisch, in einem Park gelegen. Gleich neben dem Haus gibt es eine Tramhaltestelle. Mit dem vom Hotel ausgestellten Gästepass kann man gratis die ÖV benutzen.
Wir waren eine Familie von 8 Personen und haben 1x übernachtet, um Basel zu besuchen. Besonders freundlich und aufmerksam war der Angestellte, der am Morgen beim Frühstück Dienst hatte.

Cons:

Das Hotel war bei unserem Besuch gerade in einer Renovationsphase. Es hatte zu wenig Personal, und es gab ein paar kleinere Mängel, die nach der Auffrischung bestimmt behoben sein werden, wie uns versichert wurde.

Pros:

De op de foto’s getoonde accommodatie is in renovatie. Echt een verkeerde voorstelling van zaken . Je slaapt echt niet in het slot maar in een gebouw ernaast.

Cons:

In dit gebouw was een bruiloft gaande dus wij konden niet op het terras een kopje koffie krijgen.

Niente tv in camera, ci è stato detto che era possibile fare colazione a partire dalle ore 06:30, quando in realtà il sabato la colazione viene servita a partire dalle ore 08:00.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt von Beginn an problematisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Zimmerschlüssel nicht wie vereinbart in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt. Die angebende Hotlinenummer war mehrfach nicht erreichbar, sodass wir zunächst ratlos vor dem verschlossenen Hotel standen.
Durch Zufall verliess in diesem Moment eine Reinigungsmitarbeiterin das Hotel. Sie hat sich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit um unser Anliegen gekümmert und organisiert, dass wir schliesslich doch noch einen Zimmerschlüssel erhalten haben. Ohne ihre Unterstützung hätten wir vermutlich keinen Zugang zum Zimmer bekommen.
Der Check-in-Prozess war insgesamt sehr schlecht organisiert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist ausschließlich der Einsatz und die Freundlichkeit der Reinigungs- Mitarbeiterin Frau Ljumturije Tika und des Aushilfsmitarbeiters an der Frühstücksbar.

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Personal zeigte kein Interesse, hilfreich zu sein. Beim Frühstück musste man Besteck und Servietten selbst von der Bar holen, da sie weder am Buffet noch auf dem Tisch vorhanden waren. Das Frühstück war besonders schlecht und spärlich. Von 8 bis 9 Uhr gab es gerade einmal drei Scheiben Schinken und zwei Scheiben Käse, obwohl sechs Personen im Saal waren. Der Mitarbeiter hat es nicht neu aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, insbesondere waren der Boden und der Tisch dreckig mit Flecken, die ich dann selbst weggewischt habe. Außerdem gab es überall Haare (auf der Bettwäsche, auf dem Tisch, im Badezimmer). Es hat auch nicht geholfen, dass die reparierten Wände voller Flecken waren und komisch aussahen.
