I was there for only a few hours, single night, so it is hard to evaluate. However, the time I was there, I was well supported when I needed to connect with somebody (there is no reception desk, it is all automated). Hotel is good and the medieval room has nothing very medieval.
The water in my room was not exactly warm, at least in the faucet. It is mostly cold, even after waiting a bit. I didn't have shower there because I departed earlier on a very short trip. I also think the room advertised as being kind of medieval had nothing clearly medieval. It was clean, organized, but the ad could change the name of the room to reduce expectations.

Nicht zu empfehlen; das Personal ist sehr freundlich, da gibt es nichts, aber das Zimmer, dass ich hatte, war nicht ok.
Kein Fön, kein Vergrösserungsspiegel, ein Duschvorhang, der total unhygienisch war, die Duschefliesen alt, die Heizung hat sich nicht regulieren lassen, hatte drei Tage lang trotz komplettem Abdrehen ungefähr 25 Grad im Zimmer.
