A stylish old palazzo and well renovated rooms. Centrally located . Very good breakfast in super ambiance room.
A small bathroom and in evening no hot water.
Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Booked restaurant, stored luggage and arranged parking. We even had turn down! The building is stunning with magnificent vaulted ceilings and murals in the breakfast room.

The hotel personnel is so friendly - they really wanted us to have a nice stay. The breakfast in the Palazzo is unique - these ceilings, the curtains... Breakfast is simple but ok.
I missed a little garden or outside sitting area. It looked as if there was some space in the back of the Palazzo, but there was no opportunity to sit there (in April) and it was all paved - no green. The furniture in the rooms is spare, but ok.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Das Haus, ein Palazzo, ist sehr exquisit eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Köstlichkeiten bestückt, die Betten sehr bequem und das Zimmer ruhig.
Beim Check in erhielten wir auch ein Parkticket für eine nahe gelegene (5 Minuten Fußweg) Garage, Preis pro Tag € 20,00
Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Charme et emplacement
Sense of grandeur! Staff were very helpful.
Paintwork in the spa area (which costs €50 to use) and in our bathroom needed work. The bathroom only had own sink. And no rooms in the hotel have bathtubs. The "heritage view" from the teeny balcony was a bit ridiculous. You basically look into the street and not worth the extra cost.
This is very minor but a larger waste basket would be helpful. The one in the bathroom was miniature.
