A wonderful stay that really helped us enjoy Ragusa.
Pros:

Beautifully presented and all the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.
Location was good for cafe and restaurants.
The room was fantastic with Ragusa famous curved limestone ceiling, cable TV, very good bathroom, a comfortable gig bed and plenty of room.
It had an elevator, safe and mini bar with room for our couple of things.
The breakfast and the dining room were marvellous.
Highly recommended,

A great hub for exploring beautiful Ragusa
Pros:

A stylish old palazzo and well renovated rooms. Centrally located . Very good breakfast in super ambiance room.

Cons:

A small bathroom and in evening no hot water.

Spezielles Interieur, zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Restaurant- Empfehlung für das Nachtessen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Breakfast in a gorgeous Palazzo room
Pros:

The hotel personnel is so friendly - they really wanted us to have a nice stay. The breakfast in the Palazzo is unique - these ceilings, the curtains... Breakfast is simple but ok.

Cons:

I missed a little garden or outside sitting area. It looked as if there was some space in the back of the Palazzo, but there was no opportunity to sit there (in April) and it was all paved - no green. The furniture in the rooms is spare, but ok.

Delightful stay in a charming hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Booked restaurant, stored luggage and arranged parking. We even had turn down! The building is stunning with magnificent vaulted ceilings and murals in the breakfast room.

All unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unterstützend, gab gute Erklärungen und tolle Anregungen für unseren Aufenthalt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Das Haus, ein Palazzo, ist sehr exquisit eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Köstlichkeiten bestückt, die Betten sehr bequem und das Zimmer ruhig.
Beim Check in erhielten wir auch ein Parkticket für eine nahe gelegene (5 Minuten Fußweg) Garage, Preis pro Tag € 20,00
Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
