A lovely oasis at the crossroads of London’s best boroughs
Pros:

What a wonderful, relaxed, infused haven on a beautiful street in one of the most vibrant and diverse parts of London. The rooms are light, uncluttered and lovely, and there’s a spacious, pretty, open-plan shared living and dining area, with a kitchen stuffed with treats as well as all the basics. I felt so much at home here, and James is a generous and welcoming host, and leaves his guests to come and go in total peace. Fixed price rooms are so much better for travellers than the horror of surge pricing in all the chain hotels. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Quirky little accommodation
Pros:

Perfect quiet location for our visit, room was clean with all amenities. James was onsite when we arrived to advise us of transport & restaurant options.
If I just had one tiny criticism there was no bread for breakfast!

Highly recommend
Pros:

The Luxury Inn is wonderful. We had the smaller room with the bathroom across the hall ( reserved just for our room) and all was wonderful. Lots of natural light on the bedroom and James has thought of everything to make the inn welcoming. The upstairs shared lobby space is relaxing and comes with a yoga mat Easy flexible check in and a great place to stay!!

An excellent experience!
Pros:

The Luxury Inn is really well-located for easy access via public transport. I got there by bus from Kings Cross station in less than 30 minutes, whereupon I was warmly welcomed by James, who kindly offered me a free room upgrade. My room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The common sitting/dining area upstairs is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen fully equipped. I liked the self-serve breakfast, very convenient, and quality foods were provided. It was nice to chat with my fellow guest at breakfast. Overall this place is tremendous value, I’m recommending unreservedly to friends.

Pros:

Stayed two nights for a trip with my sister. Cannot recommend this place enough. James is really helpful and easy to reach, self check in is straightforward and the b&b itself is really lovely. Clean, stylish, with a really relaxed vibe. We loved sitting in the upstairs lounge next to the kitchen. Would definitely come again. Book now!

Simple bed/breakfast with no hassles.
Pros:

Easy to find with self check in and paid parking on street, free 6.30 pm to 8.30am.
Comfortable bed ideal for an overnight stay with self service breakfast and tea/coffee in a bright lounge.
Pub next door but no noise at night.
Owner easily contactable if needed.

A real find! Would recommend and visit again.
Pros:

Fab location in charming and beautifully renovated industrial building on a quiet street. James, the host, was really helpful and attentive at all times. Easy self service check-in and out. Rooms were clean and stylishly decorated as were the breakfast and lounge areas. Good value and close to public transport for travel to the centre of London. Would recommend and visit again.
