A lovely surprise in a nice neighborhood

Pros:

Stayed two nights for a trip with my sister. Cannot recommend this place enough. James is really helpful and easy to reach, self check in is straightforward and the b&b itself is really lovely. Clean, stylish, with a really relaxed vibe. We loved sitting in the upstairs lounge next to the kitchen. Would definitely come again. Book now!

Simple bed/breakfast with no hassles.
Pros:

Easy to find with self check in and paid parking on street, free 6.30 pm to 8.30am.
Comfortable bed ideal for an overnight stay with self service breakfast and tea/coffee in a bright lounge.
Pub next door but no noise at night.
Owner easily contactable if needed.

A real find! Would recommend and visit again.
Pros:

Fab location in charming and beautifully renovated industrial building on a quiet street. James, the host, was really helpful and attentive at all times. Easy self service check-in and out. Rooms were clean and stylishly decorated as were the breakfast and lounge areas. Good value and close to public transport for travel to the centre of London. Would recommend and visit again.

Having stayed here and many occasions we really appreciate the top class attention to detail - Its certainly Home from Home. Lovely, well run small B+B.

When we arrange our next visit to London it will be first on the list. This place just ticks all the boxes. Its refreshing to have great service and enjoy the friendly communications by James.

Comfortable, clean and stylish boutique hotel in North London
Pros:

Very fashionable room and common area for breakfast. I have stayed there many times and the rooms are unfailingly clean and comfortable. James and staff are great. The location is easy accessible by public transport from Heathrow, and to London visitor attractions.

Good accommodation for a fair price
Pros:

Location: well reachable by several bus lines
Rooms: small but clean, no cabinet or shelf
Value: Compared to other AirBNBs it's worth it
Noise level: very quiet
Service: very clear description
Bathroom: the toilet in our bathroom across the floor needs a new flushing, even when filled fully there was only a trickle
Amenities: well equipped kitchen with everything for breakfast and refilled, when necessary, kitchen was very cold (17°C), we couldn't increase temperature, because next day it was the same

Una habitación simple pero comodísima, no hacia falta más. La cama era grande y muy cómoda.
El desayuno sencillo pero suficiente, para hacerte unas tostadas y demás tienes, y si no hay para cocinar.
