Pros:

Personalul este foarte bine pregătit, amabil și atent cu oaspeții. Micul dejun este bogat și diversificat. Restaurantul cu specific libanez este excelent, cu preparate foarte bune, iar barul hotelului este deosebit de frumos, cu o atmosferă plăcută și un barman priceput, care își face meseria cu profesionalism.

Cons:

Experiența mea la Phoenicia Grand Hotel din București a fost dezamăgitoare, mai ales având în vedere că este un hotel de 4 stele.
Camerele nu se ridică la nivelul așteptărilor pentru această categorie. Mocheta era pătată, iar în cameră lipseau lucruri de bază, precum cănile pentru cafea. Baia arată foarte învechit, cu mobilier uzat și gresie care pare să nu fi fost schimbată de zeci de ani. Oglinda era murdară, rosturile gresiei din duș prezentau depuneri și murdărie, iar ușa băii avea urme vizibile de rugină.
Consider că un hotel de 4 stele ar trebui să acorde mult mai multă atenție curățeniei, întreținerii și confortului oferit oaspeților. Din păcate, aspectul camerelor și starea băilor nu corespund standardelor pe care le aștepți de la un astfel de hotel.
Este nevoie de renovare și de mai multă atenție la detalii și igienă.Din punctul meu de vedere, raportul dintre categoria hotelului și condițiile oferite lasă de dorit.

Gute Lage aber in die JAhre gekommen.
Pros:

Die LAge des Hotels ist für mich super da ich schnell im Zentrum bin und auch gleich in wenigen Minuten am Flughafen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ich kenne das Hotel jetzt schon seit 2010 und da war es schon in die JAhre gekommen und es wird einfach nichts erneuert.
