Super friendly staff, clean hotel and chilled pool! Great Spanish hotel!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, super helpful and beyond friendly, could not fault them one bit!!
The breakfast included was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, plus great choice.
Clean and comfortable rooms, lovely swimming pool and overall felt really safe.
We would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Not on the hotel, just some advice… If you’re coming FIB, the hotel is around a 30min walk to the festival. We walked it but if you didn’t want to, you can pay for a shuttle bus, which picks and drops off around the corner to the hotel.

Buena ubicación, buenos recursos pero problemas de hormigas.
Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno muy completo, la piscina y el parking.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con las hormigas. Desde el alojamiento nos cambiaron de habitación por las hormigas pero al cambiarnos de habitación volvieron a aparecer.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located near the FIB Benicàssim festival, and everyone was very friendly. I had no issues throughout my entire stay. During the festival, the rooms can be a bit noisy, but that’s completely understandable given the occasion.

Extra kudos to the receptionist on the night shift! He was especially helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
