Absolutely nothing. The financial dishonesty of the establishment completely destroyed any potential positive aspects.

Cons:

This hotel engages in highly deceptive and unacceptable billing practices. My confirmed booking price was €296, but the staff illegally or deceptively charged my card €386 without any valid justification. When you confront them about this €70 overcharge, they offer no real help. To make matters worse, the room was unacceptably small, dirty, and completely uncomfortable. This place feels like a total tourist trap designed to take your money.

Overcharged for a tiny, uncomfortable room and a terrible overall experience.
Pros:

Nothing. The entire experience was completely ruined by hidden charges and poor room conditions.

Cons:

The staff tried to scam me regarding the price. I booked the room for €296, but they charged me €366 instead. On top of being overcharged, the room itself was extremely small, uncomfortable, and of very poor quality. It was a complete waste of money.

Einrichtung war sehr alt und abgenutzt.
Es war endlos heiß, da keine Klima. Sah eher wie ein Studentenzimmer aus.

Basic, good location
Pros:

Staff were wonderful, they bent over backwards for me twice and went the extra mile, that goes a long way

sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, es war gut sauber, Frühstück und Frühstücksmenu-ganz in Ordnung, Badezimmer -oK

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in allen Zimmer, was bei einer Hitze über 33C draußen war extrem unangenehm im Zimmer. Gut das ich einen Ventilator bekommen habe.

Köln de kalınacak en güzel konumda. Her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsin. Tertemiz oda . Otelin içi azıcık karışık ama bulunuyor odalar .kahvaltı ücretliymiş biz ücretsiz sanmıştık. 2 yetişkin için 44 Euro ödedik maalesef 😞 kahvaltı da mükemmel değildi yani minicik iki büfe şeklinde idi.otelden çıkarken valizleri bıraktık gezdik çok iyi oldu . Yürüyerek Köln hbf tren istasyonuna 6-7 dakikaydı. Diğer gezilecek her yer çok yakındı. Havlular tertemizdi,duş jeli şampuan vardı. Odaya ütü getirirdiler isteyince. Otelde su çay kahve her şey ücretliymiş ama ona göre gelin. Bebek beşiği istemiştik biz check in yapmadan konmuştu odaya . İletişimi hızlıydı otelin
