Ein netter Aufenthalt in Köln mit einer Top zentralen Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat Charme. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Trotzdem ist es abends ruhig.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer. Für Hotelgäste sollte es dafür einen Rabatt geben.

Gerne wieder aber ohne Frühstück

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da der Bahnhof in der Nähe ist und der Dom und die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war viel zu überteuert.

Great Cologne location, comfy bed but no kettle
Pros:

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the young lady on Reception. A smiling face after a long and delayed train journey was welcome. The location of this hotel is great for the Dom and all the other bits of Cologne we needed to get to. My wife thought the bed was one of the comfiest she’d slept in at a hotel.

Cons:

We were told on arrival that we’d received a free upgrade but as we’d booked a Superior Double and we’d been allocated a Superior Double (from the pictures on the website) we couldn’t understand.

It was 10 degrees warmer than normal in Cologne and as the room faced an inner courtyard it was really warm. Once we’d worked out how to turn the air conditioning on we realised it was as powerful as a mouse’s breath and did little to cool the room.

There were no facilities in the room for making a hot drink. Although we’d read about this in other reviews there was no information in the room about how we’d go about getting a kettle. In fact there was no information in the room about anything.

Très bel hôtel très bien placé c'était parfait
Pros:

La qualité de la literie, le décor de tout l'hôtel super original, l'emplacement en plein centre ville mais au calme.

Cons:

Dommage que l'eau ne soit pas assez froide au robinet (pour remplir les bouteilles d'eau) mais qu'elle soit trop tiède dans la douche. Aussi il est dommage 1 mois et demi à l'avance de ne pas pouvoir réserver une chambre avec une baignoire. Notre chambre était au rez de chaussée qui donnait sur la terrasse de l'hôtel et du restaurant. On est restés avec les rideaux fermés tout le temps.

Confortável e próximo de tudo
Pros:

Localização ótima, ao pé da estação central (e consequentemente da Catedral). Pequeno almoço muito bom, com muita variedade. Quarto pequeno mas muito confortável, com cama muito boa.

Check in foi possível antes das 13 horas ( normalmente às 15 ) graças à brasileira que trabalha na recepção, Luísa , que foi muito gentil
Café da manhã bom por 22 euros mas sem opções na redondeza.
Dá para ir a pé da estação e para vários restaurantes e também para a catedral
Chuveiro muito bom

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com o pagamento com cartão de crédito, que não aparecia no sistema do hotel, e que foi resolvido com a ajuda da Luísa.
Sem ela , acredito que o problema seria maior
