Cons:

Quarto minusculo com carpete antigo e cama desconfortavel. Local extremamente barulhento. Preço super elevado para as condicoes que sao oferecidas. Por eu ter feito a reserva pelo Booking devem ter escolhido o pior quarto.

Spacious room, convenient location. Sound insulation good when windows closed.

Cons:

Air conditioning / ventilation in the room was not functioning. Staff was polite but not helpful about addressing the issue (assuming it could not be fixed, then another room? a fan? a discount/ partial refund? Even an apology with the offer of drink on the house would have meant a lot)

Номер был с окнами во внутренний дворик, поэтому шума от дороги и поездов не слышали.
Очень чисто, номер убирали в удобное для нас время , тщательно и быстро.

Cons:

Слабый сигнал WIFI. Один день интернет вообще не работал, регистрация на рейс была проблемой

Cons:

Ventilation was broken, but one of the night porters was helpful to come and do a temporary fix. In terms of area, it's very close to train station, but the 7 min walk is depressing, with plenty of rough characters on the street
