Bis auf den Bar Service ... der nicht wirklich Vorhanden ist ... alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit... Freundliches Personal... gutes Frühstück und Schlafkonfort bestens... Erwartung erfüllt

Die Lage war super. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Super fand ich, dass ich mit beiden Kindern in einem Zimmer schlafen konnte. Für 3 hätte es etwas grösser sein können, aber für eine Nacht war es ganz ok. Die Ausstattung im Hotel war traumhaft ( Rezeption , Toiletten, Flur…) Leider war sie im Zimmer mittelmässig. Die eine Frau an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war ganz ok, ich hätte mir nur mehr Obst gewünscht.

Niet geslapen door oncomfortabele kamer
Pros:

Cons:

- ondanks upgrade alsnog kleine kamer
- zeer klein bed van nog geen 1,50m
- heel warm. Temperatuur niet zelfstandig te regelen
- overlast van luidruchtige gasten
- dure parkeerplaats

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Hotel liegt nur ca 10 min zu Fuß vom Kölner Dom entfernt, sehr zentral man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage vom Hotel, dort steht das Auto sicher, da nur mit Karte zugänglich. Ist allerdings nicht billig (28€/Tag).

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zur Straßenseite, leider war es teils in der Nacht sehr laut (bei offenen Fenster), da sich ein kleiner Park gegenüber befindet der auch gern zum Treffen und Musik hören einlädt.

Pros:

Das Einzelbudget Zimmer reicht völlig wenn man nicht viel Wert auf "Luxus" legt. Das Bett habe ich als bequem empfunden.

Cons:

Ich finde den Teppich nicht gerade gut. Laminat oder wenigstens PVC Boden wäre besser.

Ablage im Badezimmer wurde nicht abgewischt. - ist für mich aber kein Weltuntergang

Ein Wasserkocher wäre super gewesen das man sich morgens gleich etwas warmes zu trinken machen kann.

schönes, gemütliches Innenstadthotel, alles fußläufig erreichbar!

zentrale Lage und doch ruhig

Cons:

Nachttische waren viel zu klein! Buch und Brille - mehr konnte man nicht ablegen.
Lichtanlage sehr kompliziert. 2 traditionelle Leselampen rechts und links vom Bett hätten mir besser gefallen
