On the second day of our stay, after returning to the hotel from the extreme outdoor heat, we found that our room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning was no longer functioning. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel reception.Rather than resolving the issue, they offered unacceptable excuses, claiming that the room was "already cooler than outside" and therefore there was no need for the air conditioning to operate. This explanation is entirely unreasonable and unacceptable. The room thermostat was switched on and displayed the normal controls, yet the A/C vent remained closed and no cool air was being supplied. The system had worked perfectly on the first day of our stay, which raises serious concerns that the air conditioning may have been deliberately disabled or centrally controlled by the hotel.What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the staff member who attended our room. His behaviour was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the problem and making a genuine effort to resolve it, he appeared more interested in justifying the situation and behaved as though the hotel was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay there. As the room was far too hot to remain in, we were forced to leave the hotel and spend additional time outside simply to avoid the uncomfortable conditions. When we returned at approximately 11:00 PM, the situation had not changed. The room was still hot, and the air conditioning remained non-functional. When I reported the issue again to the reception that night, and that nothing further could be done at night, As a result, we were left with no option but to spend the entire night in an without air conditioning. Apart from this incident, we did not experience any other issues during our stay. They should have handle this properly rather disappointing their guest forcing them to make this kind of remark. I reported this matter to Booking.com customer service as well.

There was a restaurant but it wasn’t open for dinner

Die Dame am Empfang, mit der wir uns die gesamte Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes konfrontiert sahen, war unterirdisch und an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Wir hatten weder WLAN noch funktionierte die Klimaanlage. Eine Lösung wurde uns nur nach wiederholter Nachfrage und auch eher wiederwillig angeboten. Einfach nur traurig… und vor allem nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wenn man anspruchslos ist. Der Service rund ums Frühstück war annehmbar.

Очень шумно, вентиляции нет, душно. При открытых окнах спать не возможно. Звукоизоляция отсутствует. После первой ночи попросил либо поменять номер либо вернуть деньги за еще две ночи. Не переселили, деньги не вернули. Три ночи не спали.

Kregen eerst bewust een verkeerde kamer die veel te heet was. Geen airco met 40 graden.
Hierna een kamer met airco, maar die bleef vol blazen. Kamer was 18 graden. Prima, maar niet zoals het hoort.

de kamers zijn wel heel erg klein, en niet erg goed onderhouden. in onze 1e kamer was van alles kapot; de tweede kamer was gelukkig een stuk beter.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und es war so heiß!

Beim Frühstück ist noch einige Luft nach oben. Es gab Rührei aus der Packung, was unschwer an der Farbe und der Kosistenz von dem Rührei zu erkennen war. Das finde ich geht bei einem Hotel in der Preislage gar nicht.
Da es sehr warm war, war der Käse schon am "laufen", hier hätte man mit Kühlpads etwas Kühlung schaffen können
