Todo muy bien de no ser por el extra pagado por un adulto más.
Pros:

Muy bonito y limpio.
Buena atención al cliente.
Jardín muy bien cuidado.
El lugar correspondía a las fotos en línea.

Cons:

Creo que el lugar tiene espacio para 4 huéspedes adultos; no deberían poner el máximo a 3 adultos y forzar a pagar el cuarto adulto como adicional.

No hay agua caliente suficiente para abastecer a todas las habiataciones
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el ambiente del hotel están padrísimos, el que tenga estacionamiento es un gran plus

Cons:

No hay agua caliente suficiente para abastecer el hotel, éramos un grupo de 10 personas rentamos 5 habitaciones y la mitad de nosotros no alcanzamos agua caliente, además la atención de la chica de recepción Cecilia Oseguera pésima actitud es una lástima porque el resto del personal súper amable y atentos.

A homely place in the Center of San Cristobal
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy Casa Morada. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a quaint atmosphere. We also really enjoyed using the fireplace!

Heerlijk hotel in fantastisch San Cristobal
Pros:

Geweldig hotel op loopafstand van alle leuke restauranrs, barretjes en winkes. De bedden waren voortreffelijk. Wat een droombeden om in te slapen. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht met mooie details Zeker niet standaard.
Personeel ook super vriendelijk. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Zentrale Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 9 das direkt unter dem Schrägdach mit sichtbaren Balken liegt. Es hat eine sehr schöne Ambiance mit 2 grossen Betten. Es war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Fahrzeug konnten wir in einem nahen überwachten PP abstellen. Dank der Nähe zum Zentrum konnte man alles bequem zu Fuss erkunden. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Muy agradable y segura.
Pros:

Al ser una casa antigua es un hotel muy acogedor. Lo mantienen muy limpio y preciosamente decorado.

Desde que empezamos el proceso de reservación y durante nuestra estancia, el personal de recepción nos ayudó con el taxi desde Tuxtla, otras visitas y orientaciones en esa bella ciudad.

Totalmente recomendado.

Sweet boutique hotel with attentive staff.
Pros:

Lovely accommodation, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful surrounding garden with a cute little terrace off main bedroom.

Cons:

Second bedroom is very small. My friend has claustrophobia and has to sleep with door open
