Von vorn bis hinten eine tolle Unterkunft. Nettes Personal, saubere, moderne Zimmer, eine tolle Lage und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage in der Altstadt ist die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig.

Pros:

Excellent location to visit Dinkelbuehl. Wonderful staff! Very clean and comfortable lobby, restaurant and rooms. Kind staff helped us with our luggage upon arrival.

Cons:

Parking was difficult. Not being all that mobile and moving between P3 (public parking) was up a steep hill and for me difficult to walk.

Best hotel ever. Loved it.
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel. In fact I loved it so much that I extended my stay from 3 to 5 nights. Every single member of the staff was at all times very friendly, attentive, patient and helpful. I loved my room which was spacious, comfortable and very welcoming, even though I came as a single traveller ! (Single travellers do not always get a nice room !!!). Every little detail in the "Piazza" was well thought out, from the design/ plants in the building and the breakfast room to the details in the rooms and the bathroom. Examples: Water bottle in the room was filled every day. Fantastic shower, enough storage space for toiletries in the bathroom, little plastic toothbrush cups....generous supply of towels. In the room: a little desk, two armchairs, nice lighting, a lovely bed, enough hooks for clothes, a big cupboard with movable hangers (thank you for trusting your customers not to steal them !!!), enough space overall, big windows. Breakfast was very tasty and super well organised, neat, effective, thoughtful and offering a great variety. To me it was the perfect combination of effective machines (Juices, Coffee, Tea, Jam and Honey Dispensers) and attentive human beings. The Hotel also had a restaurant with very good food. The location is top - just a few steps to the centre of town and yet quiet.

Cons:

I liked everything and nothing could have been better. The only thing that bothered me one night were people from an adjacent holiday apartment who thought it was okay to talk at a loud voice on the balcony after midnight which made it impossible for me to sleep. Maybe it's a good idea for the owners of the Piazza to have a chat with the surrounding neighbours/ holiday property owners at some stage....about appropriate and considerate behaviour....

Mooi hotel zowel buiten als binnen.
Erg vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt.
Mogelijkheid om fietsen bij het hotel te stallen.
Mooie plaats om te bezichtigen.

Cons:

Auto kun je niet bij het hotel parkeren. Dit was van te voren gemeld. Gratis parkeren was vlakbij dus uiteindelijk geen probleem.
