Cons:

Still not quite understand while booking. Com came back and said we did not settled bill when all had been paid on checked in day by master debit card in RMB and money was taken out on April 25 th reported to me by UOB bank that issued master debit card to me.

Superb staff service, location and value for money made this a great experience
Pros:

Excellent stay, superb staff service above all made the stay for us (a family using a nearby language school). They went out of their way to help us. The value for money is excellent, and the gym and pool are decent. Hotel food good, but make sure to explore Kunming city cuisine, it is amazing. Kitty Zhang and team made a huge effort to help us explore the city and region.

Cons:

Not much. The pool was out of commission for one day due to cleaning. The lobby is fairly small and classic mid teens business hotel vibe.

Nice Hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Nice, clean hotel with some staff that can speak English. Friendly and helpful employees. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice walk in shower.

The breakfast buffett could use more choices and there was never anyone at the egg station to make eggs.

Excellent value for this hotel.
