Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns herzlich beim Hotelpersonal für den hervorragenden Service.
Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und die Lage hervorragend. Der Strand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist fantastisch und das Hotel ist leicht zu erreichen.

Pros:

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
Es war nicht so klein, wie ich erwartet hatte und der Blick war auch besser.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mit Tipps und Infos zu allerlei Themen.
Das Gepäck konnte man am Abreisetag kostenlos da lassen.
Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war gut, viele Busse und viele Schiffe.
Frühstück für Italien ganz in Ordnung, ein paar frische Tomaten, Paprika oder Gurkenscheiben wäre auch nett gewesen

kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer
keine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen von Badesachen, wenn ich an den Strand gegangen wäre

An absolute gem of a hotel
Pros:

Staying at Hotel Sorriso on Lido was an exceptionally superb experience. We weren't expecting too much, given we'd booked at a cheap price and the hotel "only" has two stars. Well, weren't we surprised when we turned up! The staff were friendly and fantastically helpful, we were able to check in already at 11am and they gave us a massive room (actually a family room) with a huge balcony. The room was fantastic and had everything you needed (bathroom, aircon, fridge, table, wardrobe, kettle etc.). Breakfast was wonderful and the location is superb (directly by a bus stop, 8min ride to the waterbus station), only a few mins walk to the beach. Can highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely nothing, we loved everything about this hotel!

Fabulous
Pros:

Breakfast was superb fresh croissants great choice of appetising food fresh coffee lovely staff highly recommend. The accommodation was very comfortable and good sized bathroom and high standard of cleanliness The staff are very helpful and friendly would love to return enjoyed our little break

Cons:

It's pretty perfect thank you just a pity the beach wasn't open as we had lovely weather although we did enjoy seeing it.
