Pleasant stay in Lido.
Pros:

Comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly receptionist in the afternoon and evening.

Cons:

It is a long distance from the ferry port but not a big deal. We are walkers and the bus is available.

Pros:

Pekné, útulné izby, čisté, tiché miesto, kúsok od pláže aj od obchodu. Výhľad pekný, priamo na more.

Cons:

Na recepcii chyba zvonček na ohlásenie recepčného ( čakali sme 20 minút a museli sme zháňať ľudí, kto by nám dal kľúče od izby), raňajky by mohli byt viac pestré, chýbala zelenina.

Pros:

Обычная гостиница без каких-то ярких плюсов. Было тихо, я отлично выспался. После заселения можно войти круглосуточно, вернулся поздно ночью и не было никаких проблем со входом в номер.

Cons:

Ремонт немного устаревший, не так красиво, как на фотографиях. Завтрак не слишком разнообразный

Pros:

Camera ampia e pulita. Siamo andati a settembre ma sembrava una zona comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. Staff gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione (sia dolce che salata). Dista circa 30 minuti a piedi dal traghetto.
Nei dintorni c'é una buona pizzeria e un paio di ristoranti. Sicuramente ci tornerei.

Cons:

il box doccia era chiuso solo su un lato e inevitabilmente si allagava metà bagno.

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour qui veut profiter des charmes de Venise sans être importuné par le va-et-vient des valises qui résonnent dans les rues surchargées. Les transports vers le centre de la Sérénissime sont aisés et permettent d'apprécier les trajets en vaporetto directs vers San Marco.
Le personnel est incroyablement serviable et à l'écoute.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnellement copieux et varié.

For me, "KISS" (keep it soft & simple) characterizes the Hotel Sorriso.
Pros:

Good location, safe area, good breakfast, supportive staff, they even provided very useful information by email well in advance, excellent transport connection, self-service laundry machines available nearby, restaurants at walking distance.

Příjemný hotel, velký pokoj, výborný recepční, který poradil s dopravou, orientací na místě apod., snídaně, která přijde vhod. Jen káva byla trochu slabší, což na Itálii překvapilo, nicméně v okolí je dostatečné množství kaváren 🙂
