good location , staff friendly , the hotel is safe ....
Pros:

we didn't book with breakfast but for us at least they give some free coffee in the room , that's what we suggest, but location and cleanliness are good towels changing during you stay :)

Cons:

no free coffee in the room at least can give some free drinks in one DAY DURING STAY ......

Pros:

Konum harikaydı. Otel küçük ve sessizdi. Odaları ve banyo çok temizdi. Özellikle otel sahibesi Ayla hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum, kendimi evimde gibi hissettirdi.

A localização é 10.

Cons:

Na realidade não é um hotel, são quartos que são alugados, não tem portaria. Quem me entregou a chave do quarto foi o motorista do táxi que foi me buscar. É limpo, mas não é hotel. Toda a comunicação é feita por whatsapp.

Lovely and cosey stay! Thank you!
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Lady at the front desk super friendly and knowledgeable about the city with many recommendations of what to see and do even extending to other Bosnian cities outside of Sarajevo for me to visit.

Cons:

Can be slightly noisy at night with trams and nearby bars etc but I slept well.

Reception could be manned slightly more often and luggage storage but there is a place nearby which is cheap for bags anyway.

Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is tiny, there's a reception for checking in and out and the rest of the time you are independent. The room was comfortable and we had a great view over looking the city.
