Excellent hotel in the historic center
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Divan very much. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a modern look, the location is excellent, and the staff are super-responsive and friendly. Aja was great and welcoming and provided useful advice where to go for tours, food etc. A lovely place and nice people. From my room, I heard both the muezzin calls for prayer from the minaret nearby, and the bells of the Orthodox church as well! Truly the spirit of Sarajevo.

Cons:

The hotel is located right in the historic center, so at night the sounds of parties outside and the smell of restaurants are heard and felt, as well as the sound of the city tram all day long - this didn't bother me much, but I thought it may be worth mentioning for people who may be sensitive to noise and smells.

Pros:

Piccolo hotel nel cuore del centro storico, ma in posizione tranquilla. A pochi passi dalla fermata del tram 5 che attraversa tutta la città, e vicino a piedi alla fermata del Bus da/per aeroporto. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Superdisponibile l'addetta alla reception/accoglienza/assistenza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Sarajevo var väl värt ett besök!
Pros:

Närheten till det mesta.

Cons:

Priset samt beskrivningen av boendet överensstämde inte med verkligheten.
AC och kylskåp fanns, samt en äldre hårtork.
En TV som vi inte fick igång, troligtvis på grund av att batterierna i kontrollen var slut. Personalen fanns där endast vid någons incheckning, så som vi uppfattade det. Det gjorde att det kändes besvärligt att kontakta dem.

Däremot var personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam de två gånger vi såg henne.

One of the best stays I’ve had—comfortable, welcoming, and ideally located.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. The host, was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. She provided us with a detailed itinerary and a map highlighting the best places to visit in Sarajevo, which made exploring the city so much easier.

Whenever we needed anything, she was easy to reach via WhatsApp and was always happy to answer our questions and offer recommendations.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and points of interest in Sarajevo.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.
