Bref et touchant.
Pros:

Le déjeuner était excellent.
Le personnel nous a contacté et nous a offert des facilités vu notre heure tardive. Ils ont pris en charge notre stationnement. Nous avons même été servi en français. Nous avons manqué de temps et nous aurions aimé profiter davantage des lieux. Il y a un endroit fabuleux pour plonger dans l'eau juste en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous aurions dû prévoir plus de temps :)

La ora 6.00 am pe terasa etajului superior o discuție insuportabila între 3 persoane, inclusiv la ora 23.00 când s-au cazat în hotel aceleași discuții și zgomote puternice.
Chiar unele persoane nu pot face diferența între un hotel și o gară ?

Sì trova vicino al lago

Cons:

L’hotel e l’arredo sono molto molto vecchi e hanno bisogno della restrutturazione importante. Il mocket al primo piano è quasi nero da così tanto è stato usato. I mobili, l’arredo della stanza sono molto tristi - rubinetti, interruttori, prese - tutto è datato. Ovviamente non c’è ne l’aria condizionata ne un frigobar per poter tenere l’acqua fresca.

Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful,they helped us,they brought our luggage from the train station and back for free,it was really nice.the food was really delicious and the location is perfect.

Cons:

There isn’t stuff to make coffee or hot drink in the room or the lobby,only at the restaurant of the place.

Location in Brienz was ideal, lakefront. Apartment was spacious. Accomodations were simple, clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple...breads, meats, cheeses, eggs. Limited fresh foods.
As there were a lot of guests, the platters were often empty or the tables uncleared, but staff was continuously in motion to service the area.

Ich würde das Hotel - nach einer Auffrischung des Frühstückraumes - wieder wählen
Pros:

Feines Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Zimmer sind z.T. alt, aber sehr sauber. In den oberen Stockwerken einige sogar mit Blick auf den See (siehe Bild).
Sehr ruhig während der ganzen Nacht, erst ab 6 Uhr wird es etwas laut von der Hauptstrasse.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Essensraum für das Frühstück (den ich schon von früher kenne, als er noch Teil des ehem. Restaurants war), ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend saniert werden (als erstes: Teppich raus!)
Das Personal an der Reception war zeitweilig etwas überfordert mit dem normalen Ein- bzw. Auscheckvorgang, weshalb sich ab und zu längere Wartezeiten ergaben.
Die Preise sind recht hoch, aber im Vergleich mit den umliegenden Hotels im Rahmen.
