Sehr schönes Hotel mit neu renovierten, modernen Zimmern. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar zwei Balkone, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Mitarbeiterin spricht außerdem sehr gut Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz; lediglich die Auffahrt ist etwas steil, jedoch ist das kein Hindernis.

Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts einen Kitekurs gemacht, und die Lage des Hotels war dafür ideal: nur etwa 10 Minuten zum Kitespot und 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Przemila i serdeczna obsluga hotelu zarowno na recepcji, na stolowce jak i pani sprzatajaca pokoje - naprawde wysoka kultura osobista, serdecznosc wobec drugiego czlowieka oraz zwierzat (przyjechalismy z psem). Bardzo dobry wybor jesli chodzi o sniadanie (pieczywo, sery, wedliny, owsianka, jajka, bekon, jogurty, slodkosci, itp) - duze pozytywne zaskoczenie, bo to nie jest typowe wloskie sniadanie. Lokalizacja jest naprawde idealna, bo naprzeciwko znajduje sie plaza dla psow, wiec mozna albo isc na plaze albo zostac na lezakach przy hotelowym basenie (psy byly mile widziane). Wszystko w hotelu jest fajnie przemyslane, dopieszczone i dogladane przez ekipe hotelowa. Nawet piesek dostal prezent powitalny w postaci smaczka, w pokoju dodatkowo czekala na niego miseczka, woreczki na kupy i mata na siku (dla tych malych pieskow, co jeszcze nie ogarniaja toalety na zewnatrz). Do miasteczka Malcesine prowadzi trasa przy jeziorze, wiec mozna sobie robic bardzo przyjemny spacer okolo 15 minut. Goraco polecam to miejsce

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great position, especially for people travelling with dogs. There is a dog friendly beach a few metres away and a lovely olive grove and footpath behind the hotel for dog walking.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel und nett eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen liebevoll gestalteten Details.
Die Lage war super. Direkt am See.

Cons:

Die Auffahrt zum Hotel hat eine zwar kurze, aber heftige Steigung. Der Parkplatz war eher eng, dafür aber gratis.

Fabelhafte Anlage und super herzliche Menschen
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, man erreicht das Zentrum in 10 Minuten, entlang der wunderschönen Seepromenate. Das Personal super freundlich und herzlich. Hab mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles gepasst.

Perfect short stay !
Pros:

Our short stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is in a wonderful location, and the views from the property are breathtaking. The owner was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We also really appreciated having a parking space. Plus, it is located just a short distance from Malcesine. A huge bonus was the gluten-free breakfast. We highly recommend this place!
