We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the amazing views from the hotel were definitely a highlight. Our room was cleaned every day and the pool area was always spotless. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!
The breakfast could definitely be improved. Some items, such as ham and cheese, are left sitting out without refrigeration, which is concerning. The eggs are also left on the table, so they are often cold by the time you come down for breakfast. There could also be a much wider choice of breakfast options. Overall, the breakfast experience was disappointing and could benefit from better food storage, warmer food, and more variety.

Antigua. La pileta cierra a las 18 cuando todavía hay horas de sol para poder disfrutarla. La habitación es antigua. Estaba limpia pero le faltó para mi gusto. El desayuno no me gustó, nada de fruta y el café sale desayuno una máquina fea, antigua y no me pareció rico.
Hotel was prima gelegen, net buiten centrum maar op wandelafstand (10 minuten max). Er is een parking voorzien en alsook een zwembad. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Hotel was toch ietwat verouderd en er mochten in sommige zalen toch wat opfraaiingswerken gebeuren. Ontbijt was ook aan de karige kant en zowel brood als koffiekoeken vrij droog en smakeloos. Beperkte keuze in charchuterie, alsook enkel gekookte eieren. De ligging en de vriendelijkheid personeel maakte alsnog veel goed.

Decor is extremely dated, I understand the Italian decor, we have stayed in numerous Italian hotels but this is almost so dated it looks dirty. Plug sockets hanging off the wall and shower curtain needs replacing, I dreaded taking a shower because of the facilities. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin that we got woken up every single night by people going in and out of their rooms. The breakfast is probably one of the worst breakfasts too :( again, we understand continental but this was poor considering you’re paying near 250 euros a night.
The view is incredible! The pool is perfect - lots of chairs and space. The staff wete amazing and the rooms were super clean - just what you need. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a five star view.
La vista desde la habitación era increible. El desayuno cumple pero hasta ahí. La piscina se puede usar solo hasta las 18:30 hs y la mayoría de los huespedes sale temprano y vuelve mas tarde por lo que se hace complicado usarla. El aire acondicionado enfriaba perfectamente. El personal super amable y gentil en especial Mariano con el que hable un montón y me dio muchas recomendaciones de restaurantes y opciones para ver y hacer en Sorrento.
Que la piscina abriera hasta mas tarde para que la gente se pueda meter al anochecer al volver de una larga caminata y disfrutar un rato de la misma
