A place that we want to go back!
Pros:

We were in room 14. The view is breathtaking. The balcony is excellent! The staff is very friendly and courteous. We got to know Ms. Serena - the owner [!] - she provided good advice for our visit in Sorrento. Breakfast is excellent. The owner (Ms. Serena) bakes and also offered home made lemon jam [!]

Cons:

The hotel is a bit difficult to reach because the road along the sea side is super busy and very narrow.

Etter endring av rom var vi meget fornøyde.
Pros:

Utsikten og terrassen. Beliggenheten var også god.

Cons:

Fikk et utrivelig 2 tosengsrom , med et merkelig bad. Vi klaget, og fikk uten omkostninger bytte til et mye bedre og større rom med et fint bad.

Beautiful views, location, and kind staff
Pros:

Phenomenal experience for a reasonable price. Wonderful rooms with a view of Mt Vesuvius and the nearby marina. Staff was always helpful, courteous, and kind. This is a great location for those who want a quiet retreat but just a few minutes walk from the main street of Sorrento. We were here for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier!

Aamiainen oli erittäin monipuolinen.
Huikaisevat näkymät aamiaishuoneesta ja omalta parvekkeelta merelle. Uima-allas oli riittävän iso ja vesi raikasta. Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta.

Cons:

Huoneen sisustus oli aikansa elänyt. Viihtyisyyttä voisi lisätä esim uusilla tekstiileillä (verhot, päiväpeitot). Kylpyhuoneesta puuttui pyyhekoukut, seinässä olisi myös voinut olla kuivausteline määrille uimapuvuille.

Excellent as always
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and it's always a fine experience. The people behind the desk are so welcoming; the views are tremendous; breakfast is good (on a terrace overlooking the bay and Vesuvius) and the room is clean. It's only a short walk into town (downhill) and much less expensive than hotels in the center.

Hotel un peu vieillot mais bon rapport qualité prix avec la piscine et vue sur le Vésuve !

Super vue sur la baie de Naples et super piscine.
Le personnel a été très sympathique.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot, quelques investissements seraient nécessaires pour rafraîchir la décoration et les équipements.
Les femmes de ménages faisaient beaucoup de bruit le matin et nous ont réveillés plusieurs fois.

The views are worth it
Pros:

Honestly, the view is pretty incredible. The pool is lovely and the views from breakfast are amazing. That being said, the towels are abysmal. They’re basically sheets. The bathroom itself wasn’t our favorite. However, the view does redeems the bathroom. And it is a bit further out of town, but there is a sidewalk and it’s very doable.

La posizione dell hotel è fantastica, appena entri in camera hai la vista su tutta la baia di Sorrento, il personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Entrare e uscire dalla camera era sempre rumoroso, la colazione era troppo fredda e non c era niente o pochissimo di caldo. Peccato con un paio di accorgimenti sarebbe stato per noi perfetto
