Pros:

La vue de l hôtel très bien et surtout la restauration et le petit dej qui exceptionnel ( de très bons croissants)

Cons:

Les drap tachée factures suite à un tatouage pour 65€ ce qui n’est rien mais au risque de perdre le client et surtout de gâcher la fin du séjour et la bonne expérience. Pour un Hôtel 5 étoiles c est léger de mettre les draps et les serviettes, le protège matelas dans un sac poubelle, par principe, on ne peut faire cela pour ce standing et surtout si le client qui vient de passer 2 nuits dans une suite pour tester l’hôtel et envisager d’y revenir.

Mais belle expérience toute même. Pas de rancune.

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique ( je ne met pas de photos a vous de découvrir la beauté du paysage et du lieu), l'accueil est correct et agréable, piscine chauffé, le personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation ni de chauffage, après réclamation le bouton se trouve derrière la porte. Pas d'eau chaude après réclamation la réparation a été faite trop tard pour ce qui ne font qu'une nuit.
Des champignons en boite et des raisins flétris au petit déjeuner pas très digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Le bidet pas utilisable gêné par la porte.

Not a 5 start hotel
Pros:

In general the hotel / room was clean and the service was very nice.

Cons:

This is not a 5 start hotel. The bathroom was old, lights were no working, decoration was not for a 5 start hotel
No room services, pool bar very low level and limited. Pool area not clean, pool not clean neither. In general is ok for a 4 star but clearly is not a 5 start hotel.

Ubicación excelente con acceso directo a la cala Fenals.
Pros:

Desayuno bufet fantástico en la terraza con vistas al mar y la piscina, con mucha tranquilidad y excelente producto, personal muy atento.
