Pros:

Notting to like about this hotel I never book it again my book got cancelled and it been 8 day now to try get my refund and I was on the street in london and came home Saturday the 3 January to no gas electricity or shopping

Cons:

Fuori zona, fuori dall’hotel sporco con bottiglie di birra ecc, camera minuscola, senza asciugamani, bagno non arieggiato, piccolissimo e soprattutto sporco, un incubo. Qualità prezzo, pessima.

It is a clean and tidy motel with exceptional customer service in a bustling area. It's a comfy stay
Pros:

My Mother and I both agreed that what made the experience exceptional was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond for you to make your stay comfortable. We loved how there's so many buses going past regularly and how it is not far from the Train Station. It is close to all the amenities of Hackney and the room was clean.

Basic facilities but clean, but not recommended due to the immediate area.
Pros:

The hotel was basic and my room was clean, however the tv remote was missing.

Cons:

The immediate area was scruffy, there were homeless people congregating all around and some sleeping rough less than 20 metres from the entrance.
There is also a 24 hour petrol station next door which was noisy all night.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with children or women on their own.

Was charged £20 for the parking alone . Bed was really old , could feel the springs. The parking light was hitting me right in the eyes . Curtains were really thin

Το βρήκαμε τελευταία στιγμή, διότι τελευταία στιγμή μας ακυρώθηκε αλλη κράτηση που είχαμε. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλόξενοι. Για τα λεφτά του και για το γεγονός πως το βρήκαμε κυριολεκτικά την ίδια μέρα, σε εορταστική περίοδο, είναι μια χαρά.

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι πως είναι μακριά κάπως από το Central London. Ωστόσο έχει συχνά λεωφορεία που σε πάνε προς το κέντρο και το μετρό.

Go a mile north or south and pay a little bit more. You'll thank yourself for making that decision.

It was 3 minutes from the people I was visiting.

Cons:

I asked for and paid extra for an early check-in. A bed was unmade. There were dirty towels left from the previous guest.

There's a lot of noise from inside the hotel and the surrounding areas.
The staff were surly, and I didn't feel welcome at all.
There is no facility for contactless or chip and pin payments. I'm uncomfortable with someone entering my card details onto a screen i can't see. So, I paid my early check-in fee with cash.

The location is not good. It overlooks a petrol station Which provided some unexpected and unwelcome entertainment at 4:30 am. It's on a busy road. I lost count of the blue lights and sirens during my stay.

I've stayed there twice now.
I won't be staying there again.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, you get what you pay for. So it’s not cheap but you’re paying being close to great places in Hackney
Pros:

100 meters around the hotel don’t make you feel safe but then head to in the direction of London fields then that’s a lovely neighbourhood

Cons:

It’s just borderline clean, wasn’t 100% sure the sheets were clean

The smell from the bathroom was terrible, reported it they only sprayed something which never helped
Bed had plastic cover, no mattress protector, so slept on plastic sheet with a bed sheet on top.
Trickling shower which wasn't hot
