Everything was great. The location excellent! The personnel 10/10. Super clean, super comfortable!
The only good about this place(to much to say it's hotel) is that you are right next yo subway station Anjos stop.
But you find better....anywere.
Well...
1. The building next to the hotel was is some reconstruction, of course we were not noticed about this from staff not even when we arrived there, why would they, money need come anyway.
2. The room: very small, unconfortable bed and pillows, small tv(for who matters). The sheets not change from previous century and has very bad smell that will get into your clothes and did not dissaper until you wash them or burned them. The bathroom was ok, big but still with lot's of problems.
3. Breaksfast: there is no breakfast, you cannot put 3 things on a plate a call it breakfast. Pigs eat better than that thing staff called breakfast. The place for breakfast is very small, smells like in the room(very bad) the staff is very slow with everything and very understaff( not their fault probably who owns this place lives bettet and does really care).
I knew that from begining this was a 2 star hotel but the reality ia very different. Maybe at first was cleaner and nicer but now is better to sleep in a tent than this....whatever is this place.
Lisbon is a big city choose anywere than here.
La ubicación es perfecta para moverte en transporte público, la limpieza de las habitaciones, camas cómodas y personal muy amable , buen desayuno.
Si te toca la habitacion en las primeras plantas se oye bastante el ruido de la calle
Me sentí muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica y bien comunicada. El personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento. La habitación estaba súper limpia y las instalaciones muy cuidadas. El desayuno también fue un gran punto a favor, súper variado y con muchas opciones.
No tengo nada negativo que destacar, todo estuvo muy bien.

Tant les instal.lacions, el servei de neteja i el personal han estat bons. A més, l’esmorzar molt variat i molt bó.

The room was modern and clean. Also the location was great; a metro station is literally right in front of the hotel. The surrounding area is also very nice, with lots of local wine bars, a cool burger place and a pizzeria.
The breakfast was okayish; I guess this is what is expected at a 2-star hotel. So no major issue; the food was good, just a little underwhelming in terms of selection and quality.
Hotel potrivit pentru a vizita Lisabona, mic dejun bogat, noaptea a fost liniste.

Chambre et sdb plus petites que sur les photos. Du yaourt naturel ou du fromage blanc aurait été apprécié au petit déjeuner.
Το πρωϊνό ήταν πολύ καλό με μεγάλη ποικιλία.
Όλα καλά, απλά θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο ένα μικρό ψυγείο, το οποίο είναι απαραίτητο όπως σε όλα σχεδόν τα ξενοδοχεία.
