Important information:

No longer closed, the parking lot is open 24/7 exclusively to hotel guests, with no need for a code, and there is no extra fees for arrivals after 11pm.

The reception is opened from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. In between, a Phone service is available.

The hotel does not use keys for its rooms but a digital access system with a code. Each room has a unique code linked to the reservation. This code, along with the room number, will be sent to you by message after reservation is confirmed.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pour une nuit de passage c’est parfait
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique, établissement propre, petit déjeuner très bien. Le système de code pour ouvrir la porte est pratique. Le restaurant tenant à l'hôtel est très bien et le personnel sympathique. Hôtel idéal pour une halte sur la route des vacances ou pour visiter Annecy à 10 minutes. Parking très pratique. Plusieurs bornes de recharge électriques allaient bientôt être en service d'après la réception

Cons:

L'accès à l'établissement au niveau du payage n'est pas très bien renseigné en venant de Annecy. Si vous ne serrez pas à l'extrême droite avant le payage, vous faites un détour de 1/2h .... une information lors de la réservation serait la bienvenue Salle de bain très petite, mais je n'étais pas surprise car d’autres commentaires l’indiquaient . La moquette bof pour l'hygiène mais la chambre était propre. Un sèche-cheveux serait un plus

Pros:

Chambre fonctionnelle, lits twin confortables , petit déjeuner complet.

Cons:

Difficultés pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre ( poignée dure) Nécessite un peu d'entraînement. Écoulement permanent de la chasse d'eau et du coup un bruit de remplissage se produit à intervalle régulier . Pb signalé.
