New hotel with real promise, but a few things to know before you book
The hotel itself is brand new and clearly positioned at a higher standard. Everything is spotless, the space is well thought out, and while some furnishings lean on IKEA for the basics, the overall feel is clean, fresh, and functional. No complaints on that front.
That said, there are a few things that left us frustrated, and future guests — especially families — deserve a heads-up.
The setting: The property sits within a residential building complex, with direct sightlines into neighbouring apartments. If other residents are noisy, you hear everything. We experienced this firsthand, and there's not much the hotel can do about it structurally, but it's worth knowing.
Sunday breakfast: This was genuinely problematic for us. We were travelling with two toddlers (both under three), and on Sunday morning we discovered that breakfast was fully booked by prior reservations — with nothing left for walk-ins. We ended up scrambling to find somewhere to eat on a Sunday, when most places in the area were closed. A family with small children needs to eat in the morning. This is something the hotel should address through better communication at check-in or a dedicated allocation policy.
Construction noise: Throughout our stay, renovation works were ongoing in adjacent apartments, starting from early morning and continuing until around 4pm. When we raised it, we were told this was within the permitted hours for renovation work — fair enough, legally. But no one warned us in advance. With young children who need a midday nap, this matters enormously. In summer heat above 25°C, going outside between noon and 4pm simply isn't a realistic option, so the room becomes your refuge — and it was anything but quiet.
On the positive side: The responsiveness was genuinely excellent. Every question via WhatsApp was answered quickly and helpfully.

location was great. it was very close to metro and tram lines. the room was spacious and it had a balcony too.

מקום מושלם! החדר היה נקי מאוד. המיקום ממש במרכז. קרוב לכל החנויות. הכל במרחק הליכה. יש חניון סמוך. התמורה שווה את המחיר. נחזור בהחלט.

Our stay at 7 Seasons Apartments was absolutely amazing. The location is more than perfect — everything is nearby, with stores, restaurants, and food stands open very late, which made everything so convenient, especially with children.

The apartment itself was spectacularly spacious, spotless, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It was perfect for staying with a kid and a baby, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much baby equipment and family-friendly amenities were available.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The accommodation also felt very safe and secure, which gave us extra peace of mind while traveling as a family. Plus, there is no noise coming from outside which was amazing!

Highly recommended for families visiting Budapest — we would gladly stay here again! Worth every penny!
