Pros:

La ubicación está genial porque tienes parking disponible al lado de los apartamentos, cada bloque tiene un piscina. Son limpios y nuevos, muy bonitos.

Cons:

Lo único malo por poner alguna pega es que están a 25 minutos de la playa pero bueno, al ser temporada baja no había problema en coger el coche y encontrar sitio cerca de la playa.

La superficie.

Cons:

Beaucoup de matériel vieillot , réparer à peu de frais dans toutes les piéces.
Plusieurs remarques identiques dans les avis mais il semble que la direction ne soit pas disposer à effectuer une vraie rénovation du lieu (murs, cuisine SDB , canapé etc...)

Un excellent pied à terre en Catalogne nord.
Pros:

Appartement confortable et bien équipé, grande terrasse ensoleillée très agréable en fin de journée. Rapport qualité / prix imbattable en basse saison.
