The location was perfect for us, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped.

Se nota que necesita una actualización. Los materiales de los espacios exteriores se ven muy desgastados, lo mismo que se ven desgastes de uso y humedades en zócalos, puertas y rodapiès. El baño es lo que más deteriorado se ve. Necesitaría una puesta a punto.

Cons:

Demaneu una fiança altíssima per unes prestacions que no ho son. A banda de que els propis treballadors haurien d'abonar ja que s'ho salten. Les habitacions no estan polides i l'espai en general dona la sensació de poc treballat a banda d'estar en construcció.
La part superior comparteix escala amb la porta del pis de sota, i al no estar ben insonoritzat s'escolta tot sense cap mena de dificultat.
El televisor es un detall, pero estaria genial que no fos del 2008; y el microones que funciones de manera normal.
