Two-room apartment with private garden behind the exclusive property of the accommodations delimited by walls of h. 2 mt. (maximum privacy) where the private services are located (toilet, sink, bidet) + the summer shower. The private services in brickwork are covered and positioned under the canopy as you exit into the garden + the external summer shower is always in the private garden
Inside the two-room apartment there is a 2nd sink with hot and cold water, air conditioning, fridge and TV.

Pros:

Posizione strategica per muoversi liberamente, ottima accoglienza e simpatia da parte della proprietà, piccolo ed efficiente nelle relazioni tra ospiti, permette una buona condivisione e scambio.

Cons:

Per le aspettative date niente. Forse una piccola cosa, la disponibilità di alimenti (latte o yogurt, etcc..) senza lattosio.

Un angolo di paradiso a Palinuro

Accoglienza veramente speciale!
Fin da subito il luogo si presenta bene. Un posto molto accogliente immerso nel verde. L'accoglienza inoltre è stata unica: ogni membro dello staff ti fa sentire come in famiglia. Ci è stato fatto un "tour" della stanza e del luogo in generale, dove fare colazione e dove cenare. All'aperto era esposto il menù serale che cambia di giorno in giorno. Tutto fatto in casa e con quel servizio e stile casereccio che innamora.
Non ci si sente in un hotel, ma ci si sente a casa. Ogni mattina, andando a fare colazione, a buffet, riceviamo i saluti, sempre cordiali di tutto lo staff.
Pulizia, cordialità, tempestività ad ogn eventuale richiesta, insomma, un piccolo posto di paradiso.
Mille volte consigliato!

Ho prenotato un soggiorno per 1 persona, ma ho chiesto l'aggiunta di una persona, durante il soggiorno. La camera aveva già un letto matrimoniale fin dell'inizio pertanto era già adibita come matrimoniale, il cui costo è stato 120 euro come singola e con aggiunta della seconda persona di altri 40 euro, per un totale di 160 euro a notte per un monolocale di crica 15 mcq. Premetto, che la struttura esternamente può sembrare "carina", perché presenta un giardino centrale con delle camere a contorno dello stesso, ma dentro è fatiscente, non c'è quasi spazio per scendere dal letto ( almeno nella nostra camera di 160 euro a notte) ed il bagno, soprattutto la doccia era incrostata di nero ed angusto.
Posizione fuori da palinuro (serve per forza l'auto ).
Colazione mediocre con alcuni biscotti e torta fatta in casa, ti chiedono se vuoi un cornetto vuoto che t portano gelosamente loro 1 a persona.
Servizio simpatico, ma assolutamente fuori dagli schemi, in quanto il personale litiga ogni mattina tra loro davanti ai clienti, accusandosi a vicenda di non lavorare bene.
Sinceramente, per i soldi spesi non vale assolutamente la pena alloggiare in tale struttura e consiglio di tenersene alla larga.
Nonostante avessi visto che booking per 2 persone, lasciava il prezzo di una persona per quella stessa stanza , il proprietario mi ha deriso...dicendo che l'avrei dovuto dire prima e che ora non erano suoi problemi. L'onestà al primo posto al villaggio tabù.
