Pros:

Location is the best thing about this place. It's right across the street from the beach and it's quiet at night. Takes a bit of walking to go anywhere but not too bad.

Room was old and not really a place where you'd want to spend any excess time. Bed was really hard, didn't bother me too much but for some it might be too hard. Shower was barely functioning.

It’s a cheap hotel with best sea view you almost can get in patong with a big balcony.
