Unacceptable conditions during summer
Pros:

A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. I appreciate the friendly staff very much, none of this is their fault, but the most basic and important function of a hotel is being a place where you can sleep comfortably and in my stay I did not sleep much at all. Unacceptable.

Sehr schönes, familiäres Wellnesshotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhätnis. Der Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels ist erstklassig und sehr persönlich. Die Küche absolut empfehlenswert, abwechslungsreich und auf gehobenem Niveau sowohl was die Karte für Halbpension als auch a la Carte anbelangt. Der Welnessbereich hat eine große Saunaanlage, einen etwas kleinen Innenpool sowie einen großen ganzjährig beheizten Aussenpool. Das Beautyprogramm lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich hatte entsprechend meiner Buchung eine einfachere Zimmerkategorie gewählt. Hier ist nicht unbedingt alles praktisch eingerichtet und auch das Bad stammt wohl noch aus den 70er Jahren. Nächstes Mal wähle ich eine Kategorie höher.
