Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 2 min dal Porto. Stanza accogliente, pulita, con ogni comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto abbondante.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica, e quindi risulta comodo per chi arriva in città col treno, e ottimo punto di partenza per spostarsi (a piedi) nel centro. La colazione è di buon livello, e ricca di cose sia dolci sia salate.

Cons:

Gli unici due aspetti negativi (non gravi) possono essere che, vista la posizione, in stanza il cellulare praticamente non ha segnale, quindi diventa inutilizzabile (come spesso accade in certe zone delle città di mare), e poi, dato che l'area per la colazione è di dimensioni ridotte, occorre indicare la fascia in cui si intende farla.

Cons:

TV troppo complicato cambiare i canali. Un solo ascensore piccolo e pure lento per un hotel del genere è un vero collo di bottiglia. O si aspettano diversi minuti o si fanno diversi piani a piedi, magari con valige.

Hotel perfetto se dovete stare 1-3 giorni a Genova
Pros:

Posizione comoda per accedere al Centro o al Porto, Buona Colazione che includeva anche la tipica focaccia ligure

Cons:

La camera affacciava su una sorta di cavedio, con tre muri a brevissima distanza. L’impianto di riscaldamento inizialmente era molto rumoroso, poi il rumore si è attenuato. Al mio rientro in camera, la temperatura era di 23,3°C.

Da scegliere sicuramente per la posizione perfetta
Pros:

Il punto di forza per cui consiglierei a tutti questa struttura è sicuramente la posizione perfetta, vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni di Genova, a pochi passi dall'Acquario. Il personale alla reception molto gentile e preparato. La camera pulita e di dimensioni adeguate.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa è per la colazione, tantissimo personale e mancava sempre qualsiasi cosa: ciotoline per lo yogurt, latte freddo sul buffet, cose che dovrebbero esserci in abbondanza invece sembrava impossibile averne, 4-5 ciotoline per lo yogurt e cereali che ovviamente finivano dopo pochi minuti ed il personale nonostante le richieste impiegava un tempo interminabile per rimpiazzare, giravano per la saletta facendo finta di guardarsi attorno invece per ordinare un cappuccino dovevi attirare in qualche modo la loro attenzione. Con tutto il personale che c'era a colazione è incredibile una tale inefficienza.
