Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels am Rande der Altstadt keine 200m vom Alten-Hafen von Genua ist für mein Empfinden perfekt.
Gute Anbindung an die Buslinien auch in Richtung Flughafen.
Preisleistung aus meiner Sicht Top !

Cons:

La camera non pulita, le formiche che entravano dalla finestra e quando abbiamo chiesto l'intervento hanno spruzzato solo un po' di veleno, senza risolvere il problema.

Хороший отель у самого порта, место стрёмное, но удобное!
Pros:

Хороший отель, с особенностями местоположения! Находится в 15 мин от ЖД вокзала и в 5 мин от порта, очень близко ко многим достопримечательностям Генуи. Отличные завтраки! Хороший современный номер, чистое белоснежное бельё, удобная кровать.

Cons:

Месторасположение отеля и плюс, и минус. Искала отель недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала, но не увидела, что это зона порта. Шла в отель вечером с поезда - было страшновато, разные компании нетрезвые и очень грязно. Вечером тут стрёмненько.

Не понравился душ. Льётся с потолка, без гибкого шланга, узкая кабинка, вариант принять душ и не намочить голову отсутствует) Не удобно.
